They didn’t cut my quesadilla so somebody needs to teach them how to cut, also didn’t get the food that I’ve ordered again someone needs to teach them how to put the proper items in bags so this mistake does not happens again.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! The manager at this location should be FIRED!!! To start the guy at the drive thru window tonight, March 12, 2024 (6:48 pm) was high as a kite ( Shorter hair which appeared to be reddish) was so stoned or drunk that it was obvious. He was even bragging about it to the other employees as I sat there and listened. Then when I pulled up to be courteous to the people behind me in line I opened the bag, NO napkins, NO hot sauces I requested. This was a mobile order so my purchase can be VERIFIED. Then to ice the cake the most expensive thing I purchased wasn't even in the bag. I ordered 3 items and only two items in the bag!!! Not worth my time to go in and try and correct it with this unorganized establishment. Corporate is being notified. F- If the manager at this store values their job they better wake up!!! Also the bean burrito shell was harder that corn nuts. TAKE PRIDE!!!!

Such a great location! We were going through the drive through, it was taking a bit of time, (not that bad) and when we got to the window they gave us some type of coupon for the next time we come in because of the wait! And when I got my food, my Power Bowl was amazing. I've had the same power bowl from other locations and they tend to skimp. The Heath spot really knocked it out of the park. Great customer service too, cashier and manager were very friendly!

I can't rate food or service. I was unable to place an order. I waited in line over an hour and it wasn't moving. I left because there were 4 cars in front of me and I couldn't wait another hour. I really can't rate what I haven't experienced. Drive through became so long that cars were in the street.

I felt so bad for these employees. One lady had been there since 6am and it was 7:15pm when we got there. The night manager never showed and those employees were slammed with people and yet they were nice even though you could see how exhausted they were. Today is Saturday 2/17/24. I would hire those employees in a heartbeat. They could have all left but chose to stay together. Give these employees a raise.

When I pulled up to the drive thru line there were 2 cars ahead of me. 1 was ordering. As I sat, the line behind me got about 10 deep. Around 23 minutes, they took my order. About 37 minutes total to get through.
