Came in, asked for a sausage breakfast biscuit, said they only had one piece and it was burnt. So I order a turkey club, had absolutely no turkey what so ever and was covered in mayo, I couldn’t even pick it up. The drive thru person was so rude. I will never be going here again!

A week ago, we went to Heath, Ohio Horton's and paid $9.95 for 2 med iced caps. Would not honor senior discount either. Today, the same order was $7 something for exact same thing, plus they honored senior discount. What is up with Heath, Ohio Tim Horton location?

What a difference 6 month's makes.....the lady working at 2pm on New Years day was exceptional ! Courteous, cheerful, helpful and just made my visit worthwhile.

This has to be the worst tim Hortons in Ohio. I watched are food touch this lady's nasty shirt multiple times no hair nets there's multiple issues with this place and the higher ups need to check on this establishment asap.

lady at the window kept rolling her eyes and saying omg to us she then got the order wrong not once but twice. horrible service she jus needs to quit her job.
This has to be the worst Tim Hortons ever! The food is never right (ordered from here several times) and they are always “sold out”. Ordered 12 donuts at 7:30am to get 6 stale donuts and only 3 of the 6 was the kind we ordered. At this point we will going to Dunkin’ Donuts in this area.

This is by far the worst location of Tim Hortons. I have ordered from here several times every single time the order is wrong or missing items. At first I thought it might be that we order later in the day and they don't have donuts left. This morning we ordered at 7:30 Am (12 donuts) we only received 6 donuts and out of the six we got only 3 where the ones we ordered and they were stale. At this point we recommend Dunkin' Donuts in this area from now on.
