Employees need to pay better attention to alternating the drive thru lines. I've watched others who go through the outer lane and it's like those customers get forgotten as the inner lane continues to move. This finally happened to me as well, and three cars were served before I gave up. I waited patiently, didn't say anything until after the third car had their order taken and I was still at the speaker. I tried to get their attention and no answer. The food disserved 3.5 stars but I rounded it up to 4 since you can't award half stars. I got a whopper combo. It had been a while since I had eaten in a Burger King. I was a little dismayed that the beef patty wasn't very thick at all and wasn't all that hot and neither were the French fries. We went to BK because it was conveniently located along our route.

Placed online order for pickup to go. Got there and the drive thru was really backed up. Come to find out there were only 2 people working and the lobby was closed. Called them and they brought my order to the door and handed it to me so I didn't have to wait in the drive thru line.
