“I ate from this food truck at the 2021 United Way Fiesta Fun Friday event in Van Wert, OH. It was one of a number of food trucks there, but i decided to get food from here because i wanted some good bbq! I ordered their ribs and they certainly did not disappoint! First it was a thick slab of ribs! They used dry rub instead of sauce... which was great considering the event didn't have much in the way of napkins. They were flavorful and juicy.The food truck staff were also very efficient... the line was pretty long and they were hustling. The wait was pretty short. My only real gripe is that i wish they would have sold fries instead of chips. They only sides they had was potato salad, chips and coleslaw... and im not a fan of coleslaw or potato salad.Wonderful meal, though!“
