Uncover Highland Heights' Mexican dining scene with Restaurantji's insights.
“First off... the service! The service is the shining star. They are small and very attentive which I love. Ordered the California Burrito. Tne thing is huge! You can definitely share it. Dined in and the kids had shrimp tacos. The free chips and salsa you get is really good. I had a margarita which crept up on me (understand) and complimented the meal very well. The only knock is that they are small. However, the blessing is that they are small. So it depends on you. Did i mention the awesome service. We went twice and was treated the same.“
“Picked up at Chipotle lane. The employee at the window seemed unbothered by my wait at the window, while she finished packing orders...but I can live with this behavior since she was working alone at the window. The food was expected. Everything was in the order.“
“Atmosphere? It’s a gas station but with a very nice convenient store and a FANTASTIC kitchen!Wanted a Smash Burger but they were out. ? But… I had a Reuben and it was delicious! Corned beef, sauerkraut, cheese, sauce and grilled to perfection! We also ordered an Italian Sub - also delicious! Fries were crispy and fresh. Everyone agreed the onion rings were out of this world!Truly a hidden gem in Novelty!“
“Great, I had a big order at the last minute and everything turned out great. The food was fresh and delicious and the staff had everything prepared on time and was friendly and professional! My company employee appreciation day was a success thanks to the staff!“
“first time experiencing this establishment and it wasn’t too bad tbh. the food came out fast but it was fresh so no complaints on the temperature. i believe i got carne asada medium, it was cooked great for a medium! rice and beans were cool too, i wished it came with salad & tortillas as well. the restaurant is decorated nicely. my only complaint was the chicken, it was tooo salty for my liking and i didn’t receive any chimichurri sauce now that i’m looking back on the menu. i don’t know if i’ll come back but i recommend everyone to try it!Kid-friendliness: the day i went they had a man there making things out of balloons“
“What a great family owned Mexican Restaurant! The prices are very affordable! They have a huge menu! I recommend the dessert chimichonga! It's fried with cheesecake in the center! My Husband had the tilapia with shrimp & I had the chimichonga dinner with rice, beans, guacamole and Mexican salad! We will definitely be back! My Husband also had the Mexican street corn that was out of this world!“
“We visited for happy hour and enjoyed the signature Paloma cocktail - grapefruit and tequila - yum! They had specials for appetizers, tacos and drinks. Though it wasn’t crowded it took a while to be served. There was only one person behind the bar. The cauliflower taco was SO good! Lots of fresh ingredients. The avacado hummus was great - beautiful presentation! We enjoyed ourselves.Vegetarian options: Salads and two totes of tacos were vegetarian“
“Been coming to elrodeo for almost 20 years since they moved to the new location, interior nice big and clean, welcoming staff the owners always so excited to see me or my family. No better taco Tuesday. Food always hot and good drinks always strong and delicious.“
“We had a company dinner there tonite......I have been to a lot of Mexican places over the years and this place hands down was the best .....the nachos platter could of feed four adults grown men. ....what an amazing place .....all the portions were giant and fantastic.......“
“The best one is in Cleveland heightsThis one is still good over all just my personal preferenceVegetarian options: Everything is labeled on the front of the glass in front of you where you could choose your selectionParking: Definitely has a lot of parkingKid-friendliness: Yes“
“Hot chips hit the table before your butt hits the seat. The service is top knotch! The menu is endless, the options are plenty! The quality and authenticity of the dishes are hard to find around here - trust me, I've looked. Si les entoja sabor de casa, auténtica comida mexicana... ven aqui.“
“With a Mexican restaurant going up on every corner, it’s hard to find the ones that try harder to give you a better experience. Los Robles takes the prize for going beyond. Here you get a nicer atmosphere, excellent food, and a manager that really cares about quality and service. The Carnitas and Chorizo items had incredible flavor and a delicious char. The house Margarita was good itself and not in need of an upgrade. Portions are large and prices are very reasonable. Spacious inside with a nice bar and patio seating for summer. Pass the rest and support the best.“
“Oh, I am so happy. I had the chance to try this authentic Mexican restaurant called Las Americas let me start with that what I ordered was a quesadilla chicken with rice and also they give you free chips and salsa with every order. First I do when I’m acknowledge, was fresh tender, and had to snap to them as well regarding the onion green peppers additional charge for mushrooms, but the chicken was fresh juicy flavorful. More than I expected!“
“Food is good and served quickly. We like the fried chimichangas. Employees are friendly. Prices are fairly reasonable.Parking: The restaurant is sometimes busy, which limits available parking spaces.Wheelchair accessibility: It is very easy to access the front door and plenty of room inside to maneuver.“
“I truly cannot say enough about this place. We were traveling through going from Geneva to Cincinnati and we found this restaurant along the way I would have to say it was truly the best find ever if you like Mexican food. The waitress that took care of us was superb and went above and beyond, I did not catch her name but she was a tall slender girl with long dark hair very beautiful. The food was absolutely delicious and the presentation was beautiful. . I hope you guys keep up the excellent work and hope to see you again sometime.“
“Watch out chipotle....bigger portions and taste pretty good with more options. The only thing I don't like is they cut ur toppings off at 5 or 6 whereas chipotle lets u get however many which is no biggie...only reason I gave food a 4.“
“Amazing service, food, and atmosphere! A great little restaurant if you’re in the mood for Mexican food. Portions sizes were very good and the food came out super fast. If you like burritos look no further because the ones here are amazing, especially the burrito San Jose. Really a hidden gem in Chagrin/Bainbridge area. Nice slow paced chill environment. Outdoor seating in the summer is also very quaint and cute. 10/10!“
“Best Mexican food I have had in a while!! The service was great! The food was delicious and hot!! 10 out of 10 drinks!! The salsa was good with a hint of spice. The atmosphere was very calming, the music was good. Great for socializing!!! I absolutely love this place!!“
“I would say this is one of the best Mexican restaurants in Lake County! Lots of food options on the menu. I got the fire fajitas and Texas margarita. Food portions are a decent size. We got lots of chips and salsa to go. Service was stellar and I will definitely be back to explore more food! Thank you for a great experience with wonderful food!“
“@cleveland_kicknit on instagramWe love the atmosphere of the restaurant the service was quick. Our waiter didn’t really check on us much and closer to the end we were trying to wave a waiter down but the food came out really fast. The food was delicious. The drinks were delicious. They were strong as well.overall the experience was good. We also really liked that. It was a Saturday night and the place wasn’t packed like every other restaurant in the area.“
“I think this Taco Bell in Mentor is one of the best I have visited. I try not to eat too much fast food but I do get cravings for Taco Bell. I typically order in the app and just have the food ready when I arrive. Honestly, they do a good job preparing the food and I've almost never had any issues with them messing up the order. Everything is fresh and they don't skimp out on ingredients like some other places. I had typical items, Mexican pizza, burritos and tacos and they were all very good. And I've been going to this specific Taco Bell for years and the quality has been consistent.“
“The food is good the service is fast is a refreshing taste, A large selection of items to place on taco or burrito they even have Soup and other items. The prices for what you get are amazing tips are not included at check out. I always want to tip here, the service is is a refreshing and pleasing difference in fast food .“
“They give amazing service. You agreed it warmly when you enter. They're very attentive, They always provide good service. I only get enchiladas but everything here looks good. I've dined here with friends and was envious of their plates. The fried ice cream!!! ?“
“This place has incredible food and beer. Come hungry because the portions are massive!! The outdoor rooftop is really cool. The only downside is this place is like 3 businesses in 1 and sometimes you can sense disorganization and cohesiveness is not there (sometimes they don’t know when the patio is to open for the season or they have some sort of drama in the kitchen) Though the food and upstairs rooftop atmosphere is incredible so you will regret not going here.“
“We lived in San Diego and would regularly cross the border into Tijuana (TJ) for Mexican food. It was always a treat. When visiting Cleveland we would struggle to find Mexican food. Well, the struggle is over. We discovered Tijuana's Street Tacos! The restaurant is very nice and clean. The staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the menu. The tacos are fantastic! We were told that the owner is from Tijuana! Whenever we return to Cleveland, a trip to Tijuana's Street Tacos will be on the agenda. Enjoy!“
