It was my daughter’s birthday, so my son decided to take us here. At first we thought they were closed, but it was close to 5pm & there just weren’t any cars in the parking lot. We walked in & there was absolutely nobody inside seated either. We were the only ones there to actually eat. It was definitely quiet. It felt a little strange I will say.Needless to say, the food didn’t take any time to get it to us & they were very on top of our drinks. I didn’t drink mine though bc the glass just didn’t look clean to me.We ordered an appetizer of some sort of bread tower that unfortunately didn’t look cooked & some mozzarella sticks that were limp & nothing special. They brought us out salads and that were alright but really looked like they had been just thrown together. Our dinner arrived & I was really bummed out bc my steak was supposed to be medium well & instead it was very well done & pretty hard to cut & chew. Plus, the veggies were covered with all this strange stuff & were spicy. Their sauce is just too spicy for me too. But I’m pretty sure that’s how real Italian sauce tastes so I can’t really complain.All 3 of us had sodas & nothing special to drink. No dessert or anything else. The bill came & I just couldn’t believe that this dinner was going to cost over $130 + tip. I guess I was expecting much better food & a much better atmosphere really. But really, for that price I would’ve been happy with just having better food. Oh & a clean glass.

My wife and I had dinner at the Carrabbas in Hilliard recently. Excellent food and drink. And exceptional customer service, in particular our server Caden. He answered all of our questions about menu items, made suggestions, our food was piping hot and our iced tea was icy cold. He was very polite and engaging. I'm 73 years-old, I remember when customer service mattered. Businesses cared if you spent your money at their establishment. Well, Caden was the consumate professional and deserves a thumbs-up for being a great part of the Carrabbas team!!

We had a lovely dinner this evening. We were seated immediately. Our waiter, Caden, arrived right away and was very nice, helpful and attentive. (All the staff was nice.) Everything was quick to arrive and the food was hot and very good. So glad we came here tonight!

Mt family came in from 3 hours away and met us at Carabbas for dinner. We showed up 1st and they prepared a table of 8 for us. 6 of us ended up woth drinks and bread and my dad mentioned that my grandpa probably could not manage such a tall chair. We had to ask them to set a completely different table up to accommodate him. The whole staff was courteous and helpful the entire time. Our waitress was wonderful. She was quick with anything we needed and very nice. The food was all excellent as well. Best eating out experience I've had since last Summer.Dietary restrictions: Lots of vegetarian options for me and lots of gluten free options for my wife. More than many places.

Hello, my name is Kyle. I was in on Sunday the 25th with my wife. My first time to be honest. I don't eat out a lot. However, the next time we eat out, we will be back and we will be asking for Suzi. Suzi was absolutely amazing. She seemed to be a little busy, but she never made us wait for anything. In fact, anytime I was needing anything, she was there to see how we were doing. It's like she was reading my mind. LOL. Anyway, we enjoyed your food, the atmosphere was very nice, but having a server like Suzi sold us to come back and ask for her. My wife and I both used to wait tables BTW. We know the difference between acceptable service and great service. Thank you again for everything. We will definitely be back. In regards to your question below, my wife's entree was about 25 dollars and mine was about 30. Plus, we had an appetizer. I think our bill is right around $60 not including the tip.
