“I saw Canes sponsoring in NASCAR and figured I'd have to visit my local Cane's with some family. And I was impressed! Amazing chicken tenders, delicious french fries, and incredible texas toast. My soda was delicious also! One of the best Canes in the city of Columbus! "MMMM, CANES!" my cousin yelled as we left.“
“First time there was wonderful. the chicken was fantastic, however i assumed the spice levels to be way more punishing than they were. granted i got a number two with mild and medium thinking that was a safe route. Not spicy in the slightest for my tastes. cant wait to go back and try their hottest.“
“I stopped by HCT for a late lunch. I was pleasantly greeted by Kevin. I also was pleasantly surprised to see collard greens on the menu. Get some cornbread HCT! Maybe even some muffins. It’s a must for greens.Anyway. Food was great and the atmosphere was fun thanks to Kevin. Keep it up.“
“It’s 1:54pm, and I just saw an employee walking a lady who had a cane and eye patch to her car. He carried her order to the car, and opened the door for her. That was so sweet. I personally don’t eat here, but that makes me want to change my mind! Excellent Customer Service!!“
“This is far and away the best chicken restaurant I've ever been to. All of the staff is amazing, with a special shout-out to Tiffany for being the best hostess I've ever had the pleasure of giving my order to. The Unholy Heat is just that, UNHOLY! I had a small sinus issue before I ordered, and walked out of the restraunt all clear. So, Hot Chicken Takeover apparently cures the common cold! Thanks for everything guys!“
“It's a great place to eat if you have a fear of complicated menus. Why? Because they have one of the most basic menus in the food world. The only difficult decision you have to make is how many chicken strips and fries you want to eat. The chicken is decent, the fries are good, their basic special dipping sauce is somehow addictive and I do not know why. I would probably get bread shamed if I didn't mention the bread is almost as good as the chicken. This particular location seems to have mastered the concept of providing the correct order each time. Congratulations!“
“The Best Fried Chicken in the Town. Tastes amazingly Hot. They changed the Menu and have added a few more Items, Sandwich and Nuggets.Plant based Veggie options are available, so Vegetarians now Taste the Hot flavors. Banana pudding is delicious too. They have the Best Sweet Tea, which is supposedly Free and is now Charged. I hope they bring back the signature Free Tea again. Because, No Free Tea means, this is just like any other Fried Ckn Joint in the Town. Also, please add some Vibrance to the Atmosphere. Staff here are Super Duper Friendly.Vegetarian options: Plant based Nuggets can give u the same Hot Flavor as the Non Vegetarians enjoy.“
“Drive thru line was crazy long so went inside for my to go order. Watched 15 to 20 cars go thru drive thru before I got my order entered as I was number 3 in line. Food was ok and consistent as it normally is. Just slower than normalParking: High street near Graceland single long row of parking up the hill. Have to cut across drive thru exit to get to building.“
“We always go in to order our takeout and sometimes we get what we ordered and sometimes not.I asked the associate if I would be better off to order a la cart or if there was a meal deal. He offered a meal deal that wasn't listed on the menu board and saved us at least $10 from our usual selections. The chicken was cooked perfectly for extra crispy. Cole slaw is the best here - no one compares to fresh KFC coleslaw! The chicken has been a little over spicy lately. Did the spices change - maybe the amount of pepper? Neither of us like spicy chicken or we'd go to Popeyes.“
