The one star is because the ice cream is DQ ice cream. Besides that, dining room is ALWAYS closed. We’ve tried to go inside to order ice cream and sit outside on their patio 5 times in the last month and are greeted with a sign that says “dining room closed” every single time. Forget trying to walk to DQ for a treat! You have to drive and go through the drive thru.

Horrible service, interior hasn’t been changed since I was an infant, foods been horrible since the management change. Literally haven’t had a good experience here in months. Have started going out of my way to go to different Dairy Queen’s recommend you guys do the same.

Got a large that was barely filled to the brim of the cup and got a blizzard which had just the top half inch mixed with the mix-ins. I get sick of complaining

this location 100% sucks since the new owners took over, no pride in anything, dining rooms always closed, service sucks, and ice cream is never what it should be, it just sucks because this place has been a staple in hilliard for so long and in the last couple years especially, it's so bad...sorry I went through for another try, after many disappointing trips...never again

Both blizzards were poorly made, one was hardly mixed and the other had hardly any toppings mixed in. Additionally, no total was given at the speaker, so I had to guess and the cashier snatched my money out of my hand without giving me a chance to correct the amount I had in my hand. Even after I pointed that out, she refused to give my extra money back, and swore up and down she counted it and there was no extra (there absolutely was, I expected there to be tax and had pulled out an extra dollar). Abysmal experience across the board, and I will NOT be back to this location. The owner would do well to do a FULL evaluation of their staff, otherwise, they will run their business into the ground with this behavior.

Prob worst tasting DQ burger I’ve ever had. Burnt to a crisp and tasted like it was Reburned from yesterday. Really over cooked and not your typical Dairy Queen burger. They must be really messing this up or using different meat for their burgers because it tasted nothing like a normal Dairy Queen burger will not visit this location again.

Ordered a Banana spit blizzard . What I got was vanilla ice cream with a couple chunks of banana and three small pieces of strawberries . No chocolate syrup and no pineapple. They may not know what a banana split is . The need to train their employees . Or get people who will do the job right. Outrages price for this product . Many many bad reviews on this location .
