I purchased some cooked shrimp sushi the other day at Kroger Hilliard on Cemetary Rd. The cucumbers in these rolls was so BITTER that I could barely eat several of the pieces. Modern varieties of cucumbers shouldn't be bitter. The stem end of the cucumber shouldn't be used because that's where the bitterness is concentrated if any. Don't buy their sushi until they learn how to prepare their god-awful cucumbers.

The store was clean enough. The produce was not well stocked, even at 1 pm, in the afternoon. What produce was out had been heavily picked over. Many of the older people working in the store were quite nice, and polite. The younger ones were quite rude. I darn near got run over by one of them who was to busy discussing football with another young worker to pay attention to where he was going. A very strange store. I will not go back. There are many other businesses that actually WANT my money.

I really love shopping at this store but the pharmacy is full of rude techs that don't want to help you at all I'm always polite with service people, but I've had several poor experiences with this pharmacy. The second you have questions or problems with your insurance they get a major attitude, raise their voice and talk to you like you are stupid. At first she gave me attitude and tried to tell me my secondary insurance didn't work then when, I asked to try again it went through and cut the price in half. I tried to use the discount card for my medication that you can uses at any pharmacy, and my other family members have no problem using at Giant eagle with their insurance. She raised her voice telling me I couldn't use "4 different insurances" , when I am well aware that you can only use one and I told her it was a discount card for my medication she told me I still couldn't use both without even looking at what it was. I've had poor experiences with other techs at this location, and I've never experienced service like this anywhere else. I will be switching to another pharmacy. The 2 stars I did give were for the grocery part of the store being great.

Manager, CJ needs remedial training. Walked in and no wipes for the carts (frequent issue at this store). I asked a young man that was finishing carts if he could get me some. He went to check. Five minutes later I walk toward the customer service counter to ask and encounter the young man bagging. I asked him what happened and he said he asked and the MANAGER TOLD HIM "NOT TO WORRY ABOUT IT". He directed me to said manager, CJ. I spoke with CJ and he said they don't have any wipes for the carts. I told him I didn't appreciate being left standing in the lobby waiting for someone to return. He said that he could offer me a spray bottle and paper towels. NO APOLOGY. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I told him that I would just go somewhere else, thanks. CJ suddenly found his manners and responded with a cheery "You're Welcome!" This is not the first time the staff at this store have been unhelpful and/or rude. I will be shopping elsewhere from now on. You're welcome, Kroger

I placed an order 5 days before the birthday and its your fault u lazy don’t check the orders and see what themes u haveI DONT RECOMMEND THIS BAKERY TO ANYONE THEY WONT DO YOUR CAKE AND U WILL KNOW THE LAST MINUTETHERE IS NO TIME TO FIND ANOTHER BAKERY

Easy and convenient Kroger to get to since it's close to our house. Sometimes during the pandemic they have been out of items I like, such as chipotle ranch dressing, certain vegetables etc. One thing I do like is that they have flowers on clearance ($2-$5) usually in the back of the flower section so that is a nice pick me up when shopping. I recommend going here during off hours because it tends to get crowded.

At 9:15 on. Friday evening with a full bascart of groceries there was no cashier. When they found the person in charge I was told, “that’s just the way it is.” Rude, unprofessional and extremely discouraging coming from the person in charge of the store.

I ordered a cake for a birthday. I wanted a basketball court. That they do show online left my email and phone number. She “Mary” proceeded to say she talked to someone then said she left a voicemail. The cake literally looked like a ten year old did it. The name you could barely read and went to the side of the cake like it melted off. They were rude and never called me. I gave them the cake bake and walked out. I will never order a cake from here again they should just stop selling them as for Customer service. They don’t have that. I usually use my cake lady who is absolutely amazing at creating cakes I just forgot to ha e a order from her and she books. Cause her cakes are to die for. Just fair warning if you do order a cake pick up 24 hours before so you can have time to find your replacement. Wish I took a photo of how bad it was.

Returning home from vacation and picking up what I needed I lost my iPhone 11. James, a pleasant young man and bagger, found my phone and turned it in at the office lost and found. It is nice to see an honest person in these challenging times. Thank you James.

Did a grocery pick up today 3-4pm and was asked to come back between 4-5. Sent my husband to pick it up after work at 5. He is still there at 7:15 waiting on it. He called inside and was told oh we will bump you up...excuse me...4 hours LATER and it's not waiting to be brought out. If you are asking me to come back than why am I waiting for my order for over 2 hours?!? Never again will I do an order from here!!
