Literally everything on their menu will send me into anaphylactic shock. I'm allergic to preservatives and the only restaurant that packs more preservatives into their food to extend shelf life than McDonald's is Cain's

They cant seem to get orders right at all. They have to many people working their and still cant get stuff right.
It's a bit ridiculous how they can leave items out of your order then tell you they can't refund you until you come back in the store. Like we aren't working and have time to pop into a mcdonalds multiple times instead of them just getting it right in the first place. Not sure why they can't just look up my order with the last four of my card. They offered to "replace my item the next time I get in free of charge" but it wouldn't be "free" because I already paid for it and never recieved it lol.

Ordered a mccrispy, got a mcchicken made as a mccrispy. Kinda on management for not disabling the sale of it maybe? But i'd like a coupon or something since i didnt order off the dollar menu and i got a dollar menu item.

My husband placed a mobile order, fairly large, including 20 piece McNugget. I asked if dipping sauce was in the bag. Instead if checking, worker said, it should be. I asked if she could just put a few extra in, she said, I can only put 1 extra. Fine, except, that was the only dipping sauce for 20 nuggets. That is the 2nd time in a row this happened, which is why I asked her to check. Order was missing 2 cheeseburgers as well. My bad for not wanting to hold the line up and checking before I pulled away, next time, I will for sure hold up this drive thru to check my order before pulling away.
