Staff was super friendly. Had an at home feel. I did the drive through. Their speaker is struggling and very fuzzy sounding. It was hard to understand the person speaking. My bagel was decent but not one of the better blueberry bagels I’ve had. Just decent. It wasn’t enough blueberry flavor for me. They also don’t put the cream cheese on. They include a plastic knife and two Philadelphia cream cheese pre packed cups. It was frustrating putting the cream cheese on it in my car and I almost dropped the bagel into my floorboard. So, decent bagel, not good if you go through drive through short on time. Their chocolate donut holes are some of the best I’ve ever had. Their scones were perfect. However my blueberry one was a triangle while the chocolate was a circle. Which is totally fine but the chocolate one seemed a lot smaller. I was even considering the shape like maybe that’s it, but no, they were definitely different sizes and I wonder if whoever is baking them, is actually taking the time to weigh out the dough. So, super yum, but inconsistent. The buckeye latte I got was decently good. Not one of the best latte’s I’ve had, but it was good. I was confused because I didn’t taste any peanut butter. But when I got to the last 1/3 of my drink it was just clumps and clumps of peanut butter. I’m guessing it wasn’t mixed into the drink well enough. The coffee was smooth though. Overall, this is a decent spot. I’d stop in again just to support local. It’s not incredible but it’s good. The highlights for me was the scones and friendly staff.

Some of the best coffee I've ever had. Their Buckeye Latte and New Grounds Mocha are my favorite. The caramel macchiato is also amazing. I look forward to getting New Grounds every time I'm in the area. Everyone ought to support this local coffee shop!

Got a matcha latte once and the color was mostly white with little matcha. Asked for a latte with almond milk and got it with regular milk and whipped cream. Got a latte with almond milk again and this time it had no milk. There’s just a pattern of miscommunication.
I got the Buckeye Latte and it was so good! They use real peanut butter which really made the latte! I will say, it’s sweet so if you aren’t a fun of super sweet coffee add an extra shot of espresso to counter that sweetness. I didn’t notice any super bitter taste in the espresso either, it was a perfect mellow but noticeable flavor in the latte! The service was great too! The barista kindly added an extra shot in my drink after I forgot to ask for it at the speaker. I saw a lot of reviews saying the drive thru was slow…that was not my experience at all! There was a line but it moved quickly! Can’t wait to go back and try more!

Coffee is ok, but the service is super slow. They serve about 5-10 in store customers to every 1 drive thru customer. It is so ridiculous everyone knows that and goes inside. One might say, "why don't you go inside"? I don't know maybe I am stubborn, maybe I'm lazy. Either way it is crazy and a looonnnngggg wait in the drive thru.
