Nuggets were hard and kinda cold. I never got sauce or straw. The staff is trying to move fast which is appreciated, but they're rushing customers too which isn't great.

I love their fried chicken and mashed potatoes. I don't mind the gravy being a little lumpy, but if that isn't your thing then you might be happier with a different side dish.

Placed a mobile order at 4:40. I was told it would be ready at 4:51. When I got there, nothing was ready and I waited 27 minutes in the drive through (2 cars in front of me) to get my order. 15 of those minutes I was waiting at the mobile order pickup window. Ordering through the app is pointless.

5 stars for whoever answered the drive thru I think his name may have been Tyler or something along those lines. Pulled up for an online order they said they were getting it together and we waited for it. Someone who just clocked in brought us our food out and it was stone cold Steve Austin . From the chicken to the biscuits everything was just cold lol. And someone threw a busted sauce in my bag which leaked all over the items in my bag. Attention to detail and quality performance is lacking. Honestly though I’ve never been to a Popeyes who didn’t so definitely on brand.
Really disappointed in the food. It's been a long while since I've eaten at a Popeyes but recall their spicy chicken was actually spicy. Not now. In fact I was told it was spicy mayo, not spicy chicken -- surprised as the menu calls it spicy chicken. Not the fault of the staff so rated them a 3.
