Arriving with my girlfriend around 9:15 AM, we approached the order point, only to be met with an astonishingly energetic greeting over the drive-thru speaker—truly the most vibrant voice I've ever encountered in such a setting. After placing our orders, we reached the window and immediately connected the unforgettable voice to the person cheerfully handing us our food.

Why do I have to ask for whipped cream for my white chocolate mocha? Took so long that I just wanted to leave despite the now sippy lid that sat squished upon the whipped cream. First world problem, I know. But the freakin drink is supposed to come with it standard.

The bacon on my sandwich was so good …. That’s half the cost of the food how do you forget that ? Don’t you just warn them up ? I never go to Starbucks but now I’m definitely never going to one ever

Usually I have no issues with this location, until this morning. I sat in the drive through for around 5-7 minutes without anyone even saying anything. Got to the window and didn’t get a “Hello” or anything… was handed my drinks and the window was closed. Unacceptable when you are a company driven on customer service.

I don't know what it is about this particular bucks, but they can't make a drink correctly. I know their workers are underpaid and overworked and that's part of the problem. $7 for a medium drink and it doesn't even get made correctly is just awful business. If you need coffee and want Starbucks, I hope you pick a different one because this one is horrible.
