I usually get my coffee at the one on georgesville in the Walmart parking lot. And I've not tried two separate times to get my shaken espresso drink at this location. It's SO bitter. Like disgustingly bitter and twice now. I've thrown it away and went back to my home buck's and ordered there. I dont know what they are doing wrong. But I won't be back to this location. That's for sure. ?Edited: to add that I went back in and asked them to remake, which is something I'd never normally do. I just dont have it in my budget to keep buying 2x the drinks. And she was happy to remake it. And it was much better this time..

Took 35 minutes for 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks. Employees messed up a sandwich and fixed it (took another 15 minutes). She handed the messed up sandwich to a customer in the drive through (I touched the sandwich with my hands prior). They didn’t apologize for the wait and also half-a*sed both drinks. I understand the fast food industry stress well, as a fellow fast food employee but, I’m very disappointed, I even tipped too. This dissatisfaction is reoccurring more and more with Starbucks on mill run and Rome road.

Took almost 15 minutes when I ordered 1 blended drink and a sandwich. Yet there was no drive thru line nor an inside line. Baristas seemed more interested in joking, laughing, being on the phone and having a good time rather then put any hustle into the orders. Then my frappichino didn’t even taste right after waiting all that time.disappointed

I was just at the Starbucks near Meijer on Hilliard Rome Rd and left feeling disappointed due to an unexpected encounter. I ordered a venti white chocolate mocha and paid in cash, a departure from my usual payment method. In my rush, I forgot to scan my Starbucks rewards card. With the intent of not delaying the queue, especially with another customer behind me, I sought to get an employee’s attention to scan my card while my drink was still being prepared. Notably, there were no signs indicating restrictions on knocking on the window for service, so I knocked gently to catch the employee’s attention.The response I received was both surprising and disheartening. Instead of addressing my request or asking about my needs, the employee sternly told me not to bang on the window, using a tone that felt unnecessarily rude. This reaction was unexpected and quite unwelcoming. When I explained my intention to scan my rewards card, he informed me that he couldn’t scan it since the transaction had already been completed. This information, while understandable, was delivered in a manner that lacked the courtesy and professionalism I’ve come to expect from Starbucks.This experience has unfortunately influenced my perception of this Starbucks location. I understand that mistakes happen, and protocols must be followed, but the manner in which situations are handled can significantly impact the customer experience. A polite explanation or a simple sign indicating how to best get an employee’s attention could have prevented the misunderstanding. Instead, I was left feeling disrespected and unwelcome, leading me to decide not to return to this location. Customer service is about more than just the transaction; it’s about treating each interaction with care and respect. Sadly, this was not the case during my visit.

I’m not enjoying the fact that when I use my card I am put on the spot to tip. I’m not against tipping, in fact I am a very good tipper, however who exactly is getting my money? The person that just hands me my 6 dollar coffee? It’s very tacky. They basically shove the machine in your face and say how much are you tipping????
