Last time I went & got a butter burger, there was so much butter, it was like they was tryna kill me................. & I loved it. The young lady that served me, I think she cooked my burger, she was awesome too. Oh & my red velvet shake came with an oreo I could dip & it was the best!

This one is actually better than most food is always fresh and the majority of the time the order is correct.
Ordered a burger and fries. Didn’t get the fries. Burger was thin and burnt. There were ants crawling around the booth. Trash and food everywhere. The floors were sticky. A literal child was bringing food to people. A car was revving its engine in the parking lot. The staff was generally unprofessional. They were out of pickles and pasta (I just overheard this from another customer). Pretty awful experience. The milkshake was good.

Was ordering and I apologetically changed to another sandwich, and the man in the speaker said “oh my f&$@8!() god” left immediately why use profanity with a customer who was nothing but respectful to you? Called the store asking for manager same man answered the phone LIED and said he was manager. I had to act like I was asking for hiring manager just to talk to real manager and the women in charge didn’t even care! Will never be going back. Y’all need to be better than that embarrassing

Horrible customer service. I have stopped by the drive thru a few different times and have not gotten good service. They are constantly having issues, it seems, with their system seeing as every time I stop by, they are only accepting cash. Not taking orders or a absolutely ridiculous wait time

I love their food, but I REFUSE to be redirected to a kiosk to order when two humans are available & able to take an order. You have lost a loyal customer.

I don't know what kind of buns you guys have switched to recently, but they're pretty gross. They are overly doughy and tasteless; I threw half of my burger away because of it.
You see no one and I am not exaggerating Maybe a fry cook or two. You walk in and there is a small sign that says you order from kiosks. You order, sit down. Still no interaction. We looked at two tables, neither wiped down. You sit and talk about maybe it was a bad idea and it's really weird. Suddenly your number gets shouted out. You have to go get it. After you eat, you clean your own table. You leave and still can't really believe the experience you just had and vow to never return.

Do not let your children work here totally outrageous, unlawful practices. My teenage daughter has been trying to get her pay for the last two weeks. She was employed for over a month without any payment waiting for a pay card all officials have been contacted some guy named Rick who is supposed to be over all of the steak and Shake stores is been has not responded to any of our inquiries. Also, some shift manager or general manager by the name of Kawana has been very Dismissive about our issues. This is an underage minor, who was who was worked for a month with no payment. My lawyer will be contacted. This is outrageous!!

Look, SnS isn’t fine dining, but this was horrible. No help with picking up an online order, workers inside were just on their phones in booths. Was given the wrong order and received attitude about it. No shakes and they didn’t even try to help with a refund. Yikes!
