Food is fine, service is good. I got a strawberry lemonade and was shocked when I realized i only got 3 sips out of it. A lot of ice though! A totally unnecessary amount! The iced drinks are a waste of money.

Does the store run itself on the weekend? Why is there always a line wrapped around the store not moving I end up having to pull off every time after waiting 10 minutes.

Had a free coupon for an any size beverage and the manager Kelly refused to take it. Said it had to be an ice coffee or a regular size coffee even though the coupon clearly states any size BEVERAGE. Wouldn't even try to scan the coupon or anything and threaten to call the cops if we didn't leave.

While I’ve had employees that i appreciate at this location, the location doesn’t allow for two separate orders in the drive through meaning you have to get your first order and then go through the drive way all over again if someone else in the car wants to pay separate. It’s extremely inconvenient, maybe at morning rush i could understand but it’s mid day with no other cars.

Girl taking orders at the window needs to fix her attitude. Pulled up to the drive thru at 9:25 and was greeted with poor customer service.

Used my Tim's app, activated their offer of a latte for $2, which by the way is usually 50% foam at this place. They scanned my app, said it was $5.85 I said what happened to the $2 offer, she said I ordered it with vanilla and the $2 is for just a regular latte, then the Manger was asked to help, she told me I needed to read their terms. Bye bye Tim's

We will never come back to this Tim Horton's! We'll drive farther to one with better service. Today, we forgot to order a box of Tim Bits so when we got up to the window we asked if we could add it to our order. This is something we've both done at other fast food place with no issue before. In the most rude/stern voice, Kelly told us she "doesn't add things at the window." Mind you, it was one item, with no special requests and there was literally no cars behind us or in front of us, so it's not like they were busy at the time. She could have even offered to put it through as a second order if her software limited her from adding it to our initial order (especially since no one was behind us). But no. She was just determined to be rude and inconsiderate. So much for customer service.

This morning my child requested donuts for her birthday. They wanted to take them for their whole class. I went to order and they didn't have enough of the same kind on hand at the time. This Tim's went above and beyond! I explained it was for my kid's birthday and it was no problem if I had to wait. Tim's said how long it takes etc The cashier was super nice! They were very friendly while I waited and helped me load everything into the car because I had the baby with me. I cannot thank them enough for making one of my kids birthday wishes come true!!!
