My wife and I always go to this location and have never had an issue. The staff is always so kind to my wife and I and very generous. Great part of town and can’t say enough good things about this Tim Hortons location and their excellent service

One of the nicer parts if town but the rudest people in the morning. I had a very bad experience months ago when I came but this morning I called to ask a simple question and was hung up on and I called back 4 TIMES right after and no answer BOOOOO at your customer service. I will not be coming to this stank attitude location. Get it together!

I usually love Tim Hortons, but this location is not it. The employees I’ve interacted with are rude and they are always out of everything. Every time I order an egg and cheese english muffin it’s not even toasted. Today I ordered an ice Capp and it was not filled up

Went here this morning. Usually it’s my favorite TH but this morning, I ordered spinach egg white bites and while I was eating then, I realized they were ham and cheese. I haven’t eaten meat in 4 years, so thanks for that. Also, the woman at the window told me they only had 1 hash brown, which she then admitted she lied about when I called to let her know about the eggs. Apparently if you order too many they tell you they only have 1 because they don’t start cooking them until there are only 4 left. Tim Horton’s has definitely lost my business and I’ll make sure my business and others around that make large orders (donuts) go elsewhere.

Girl was so rude and not personable made me a nasty strawberry refresher with bad curdled coconut milk and didn’t even try to make it right no apology or anything assume about adding points said I already paid so to late it took them like 4 to 5 mins to even acknowledge that I was even there back to Dunkin’ Donuts for

With Colin's coffee now being closed, I am coming here a bit more often before hitting the road on some days. Many of the young women who work here are very friendly and just so nice. Of course that sort of thing can change quickly in a fast food setting, but as of now, they are great!

Was there about 830 this morning and ordered a vanilla iced coffee was cream and sugar. The bottom of the drink was filled with coffee grounds, and the rest of the cup was so white it basically looked like milk. It didn’t resemble any coffee beverage I’ve ever had. I literally ended up dumping out an entire large cup bc it was undrinkable. Waste of money. I won’t be back.

Went to dine-in at this location (a employee) told me “I’m busy” while I was waiting a good 5-10 minutes at the front counter to be waited on for my order (mind you) I felt very shrugged off & it was extremely rude how she stated the comment….I didn’t get a receipt for my order even & felt like she the employee working the drive thru really quickly made my drink & order just to get me out the door. I have the picture of the employee for documentation. This taken place on: 7/2/2023 @ around time time frame of: 2:50 (p.m.) the employees NEED TO START TREATING THEIR CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT!! Also heard in the break room eating a ton of cussing…..I WILL INFORM DISTRICT OPERATIONS ABOUT THIS MATTER.

This location has a poor history. I own a business nearby but had heard many comments from my clients who swung by the Mill Run location about how rudely they were treated . Today I had the same experience myself by the manager who has been reported by numerous other people but continues being rude and disrespectful to customers. She will not give her name at the drive through or address concerns but yells, cussed at and blames customers. Now I know why 4 of my clients at my business all mentioned that they have recently reported complaints about the same manager and told others to not return to that location. I work in a service oriented industry and never would tolerate how rudely the manager treated us July 2 nd at 10 am. I even told her my kids were in the car and she said she didn’t care and kept it up. I will continue spreading the word to other connections in the area about avoiding this location. Now I know for myself and sadly so do my young children why this manager has such a bad reputation in the community. As for me as my business we will make these entirely inappropriate rude interactions if the manager known in the community. Only when service industries are affected financially by hundreds of people no longer doing business with them will they think twice. This location would be wise to have regional managers do surprise visits as this manager has a long track record of arrogance, picking fights with customers, not being willing to discuss and correct problems and refusing to take accountability for her actions. Thank God the rest of us in service industries have moral compasses as care about those we serve.

Went to Tim Horton on Fishinger Blvd this morning. Totally messed up my order. I order a medium iced capp mocha, tasted like regular, order a plain bagel toasted and cream cheese on the side. They gave me one with cream cheese on it. Then they gave me another bagel, but it was not the type I wanted. I got everything bagel versus a plain one. tried calling and no one answered the phone. Not a happy person. Sorry couldn't take it straight back, because I am at work. They lost my business. What a waste my time and my money...

Purchase gift card for a friend when they went to the Tim Hortons in Hilliard Ohio. They were told they don't take gift cards not being a fan of Tim Hortons. Coffee does not affect me however, my friend has an affection for their product and was very disappointed.

I did not order sausage. I do not eat sausage. I am tired of receiving sausage on my sandwiches that I order "egg and cheese only". It has happened 3 times. They do not respect dietary restrictions.
