Happened to find this place out of no where because I happened to be in the area. This is just such a gem! I got their savory cookie which was delicious, the baklava which is just so fresh, almond croissant that we all enjoyed (very rich), and milk cake. I mean, if you're looking for good desserts from an unpretentious place at a great price, this is it. So good. Completely fresh.

I am usually very picky with baklavas, but Vanilla is easily my favorite baklava place in Columbus. They have a wide selection of baklavas as well as pastries. During our visit to the store, we tried several different types of the baklavas, and while all were tasty and fresh, my personal favorite was the Turkish baklava. We also tried a few of the pastries, some of which were unique (e.g., the Kit Kat topped chocolate cake). The cakes were just ok to me. I cannot wait to go back to Vanilla for their other baklava options in the future.

My husband randomly dropped into this place and brought home a raspberry chocolate and vanilla cakes. They are so pretty and yummy! The vanilla was my favorite. We went back a couple days later and got a sampling of cakes and baklava for family dinner the next day. I can't wait to try everything that have to offer!

Based on the name of the business I expected that they would have "vanilla cakes" or cupcakes made and available to purchase but they did not. Consequently, I assume that all cakes have to be advanced ordered.They had an extremely wide selection of baklava. In fact, a better name for the place would be "Baklava & More". They had brownies, tiramisu, cheesecake but not a wide selection of these items. I purchased some baklava and a piece of tiramisu. The baklava was good and the tiramisu was delicious!Customer service was okay but someone that is friendlier and more informative about the different kinds of baklava and their other offerings would have been helpful.I went back and forth between 3 and 4 stars but ultimately landed at a 3 because the experience was just okay.
