Jessica made my day today, and cemented this Wendy's location as my all-time Ohio favorite store. I had a $1 Any Size Drink Offer available in the Wendy's app, but after I attempted to Upload the Offer, it did not load onto my mobile order. I paid the full price in the app for a Large Freestyle soda, but then Jessica, with no questions asked, amazingly refunded me the ENTIRE regular purchase price, not just the anticipated discount amount. Thanks Jessica, you're the best at Customer Service!!Parking: No problems!

I would never order from this location again through DoorDash. Missing items and drinks were not sealed. I called and spoke to the manager, and he offered to replace my meal. THANKS BUT NO THANKS. I understand sticking up for your employees. The manager was interrupting me/over talking me, but it was clear they messed up my order because it was late before you closed and they didn’t care. I ordered fries with my meal and received… hold on to your seats… literally 4 French fries in my bag. You can keep your free meal offer. NO THANKS

Walked in a no customers were there. Service was quick. Burger was overcooked and barely warm, buns are not toasted anymore, and fries were only warm. Nuggets were warmer than the fries! Drink machine not mixing flavors right. Truly sad how Wendys has gone downhill.

This review is pertaining to the service I received from the older oriental lady at the cashier (behind the counter):I placed the order using Wendy’s mobile app on February 11, 2024 at 11:53 AM. I arrived at the restaurant between 11:55 AM and 12:03 PM. The old oriental lady at the counter did not even acknowledge me because she was busy playing with her cell phone. I had to interrupt her to inform her that I was there to pick up my mobile order. She looked up and told me to go to the shelf where the mobile order was. She also told me rudely “not to bother her” as I walked to pick up my order from the mobile order shelf. I told her that “she was a lousy worker”. If you are the restaurant manager at this particular Wendy’s restaurant, please review the security camera on February 11, 2024 between 11:55 AM and 12:05 PM so that you could clearly see the interaction between myself and this older lady behind the counter. I understand it is difficult to hire any helpers nowadays, but hiring people that do not want to work or people with bad attitudes are not the solution. If the restaurant manager would like to talk to me in person, he/she may send me an e-mail. That old lady is one the lousiest cashier that I have ever encountered in my life.

I walked here with my husband while my car was being worked on at Buckeye Nissan. The inside of the restaurant was clean and we didn't have to wait long for our food to be ready. When we went to get our drinks, neither machine had ice and the drinks were flat and weren't cold. ? However, the chicken snack wrap that I ordered was massive so it was definitely worth the money. ?

Honestly probably the worst Wendy’s in Hilliard. I’ve tried to give them many changes and I’ve gone during different times of the day because it’s closest tk my work. No matter what the food is always cold and stuff is always missing or messed up. That’s if they even have the items to begin with. They’re constantly out of items. Their systems are down all the time. You pull up to the speaker and no one acknowledges you until you call out. Good luck catching their attention if something is wrong with the order. After they hand you the food all the employees ignore the window and hide out sight. Even if you make eye contact with several employees it’s unlikely they’ll come to the window to help you out.
