Recently I ordered a stuffed crust pizza. The dough was so thin that the pizza was over-baked, parts were even crunchy. I asked for extra sauce--it was not there. The toppings were charred. The taste wasn't very good at all. Quite disappointing.

I ordered my pasta and breadsticks around 9. They didn't get here until 11. Ended up with cold pasta and an empty box that I guess was supposed to be my breadsticks.

My family waited 2.5 hours for a cold hard pizza. What a waist of money, and my time ordering it. You cold hold the pizza and it not bend at all. The cheese was old I think and toppings skimping. I use to work there when I was a kid in a different state when I was a kid. But it was good. Don't order here if you can help it. Oh and I tried calling back over 15x's and no luck I ended up calling another Pizza Hut to confirm the number and it was correct.

Well it was New Year's Eve and wanted some stuffed crust pizza. So put my order in for the "pepperoni lovers" pie to make sure this thing would be loaded up. Well it was anything but, i mean I get this isn't Donatos and wouldn't be edge to edge but come on guys this thing was just sad looking and for $18. May be why I only order from here once a year, well lesson learned I'll think twice next time around.

Horrible! The pasta was good and fresh but the pizza was definitely an old pizza that got retopped and thrown back in the oven. HORRIBLE.

This is the worst Pizza Hut I have ever been. I ordered a bunch of pizza for my daughter's birthday party and over half were not even in the oven when we arrived. The wait got even longer when they told us they burnt one. I have no clue how you can burn a pizza that is on a moving belt that is timed but they figured it out. There also has to be several health code violations. We will never go back.

0 stars if possible. Worst Pizza Hut I've been to. We've been standing in line inside for 15 minutes and not a single person has acknowledge us. And by us, I mean the 5 people huddled in their small space inside. Delivery online said 1 hour and 35 minutes and carry out said 20 minutes. Guess they mean 20 minutes to have anyone notice you and then maybe another 20 for them to make your order. Go somewhere else.

I had a terrible experience at this Pizza Hut yesterday. I ordered online at 5:37pm. It told me my order would be ready at 6:00pm. I got there right at 6:00pm. The guy working the register told me that they were running a little behind and in 15 mins. it would be ready and that he would take 20% off. Sounds good right? Well I waited and waited and waited. At 6:45pm someone finally came back to the counter to check my receipt and he said that the pizza had not even been put into the oven yet. He made the pizza and put it in. It was not done until 7:00pm. I stood there an hour and in total I had waited 1 hour and 23 mins. for my pizza to be ready. Other people were getting their order free. All I got was 20% off. I feel that for a ridiculous wait like that I should be taken care of with a free pizza at least. It was a complete mess. Some people were just walking out the door. I would recommend NOT ordering from this particular Pizza Hut.

Every single time we order for delivery it takes 2 hours. They have the absolute worst customer service as well as delivery time. Ben and Brittany both are completely unprofessional and rude. It clearly is very poorly managed.

This an extremely poorly run location. Mismanaged and poor customer service. I ordered a pizza for carry out and I arrived five minutes after the time they said it would be ready. They hadn't even started making my pizza when I got there. I'm not interested in giving this location anymore of my business.
Worst Pizza hut ever. Orders were totally wrong. Pizza wasn't ready at its due time. Ready 15 mins later. The preparers aren't using any gloves making the pizza, touching other spots, answering phone orders and other surfaces after the fact. My fear of cross contamination grew by the sec! I know how good pizza hut pizza usually taste and my family looks forward to eating ever slice with our hard earned money. This pizza was cold, the bread was spongy, not properly cut in slices. Sorry this pitifully pizza hut you lost some loyal customers this time.

I placed my order at 4:39pm. I received a text message stating my order was on its way at 5:21pm. I received my order 5:54pm. I live exactly .9 miles a 3 minute drive from this location. When my food arrived it was cold and the order was incorrect. I ordered pepperoni pizza and this order had bacon added (I'm not a fan of bacon on pizza). This was a last effort with Pizza Hut. I used to enjoy your food. This has been my last order! I should have stuck with my instinct and ordered Dominos Pizza. Good bye Pizza Hut, we have some good memories. It's not me, it's you. Arrivederci!

Last time I was there, they couldn't process credit cards so it was a good thing I had paid online. The food is usually very good and pretty hot when I get there. The cashiers seem to be annoyed by my presence. They'd rather make pizzas all day with nobody picking them up.

I waited a full hour and 10 minutes for my order. The manager tells me he got a big order and he would start mine now. I cancelled. Obviously he cares more about someone else's money than my little $30 lunch order. They will never get my business again. This manager is terrible. I didn't even receive a call to let me know there was a backup. Terrible. Never again.
