My old stomping grounds for years!! I moved to Arizona and still head to Hinckley Tavern for burgers, fried baloney, and lasagna pizza when I’m in town!!!

I had ordered my burger medium rare. When it came out it was rare IMO. So I sent it back. Francesca, our server couldn’t have been nicer about it. I had taken two bites before I decided I just couldn’t do it. I told her to nuke it a minute and it would be perfect. They completely redid the burger, bringing a new one out. I couldn’t believe they did that. A lot of places just send you the same product out, and usually overcooked. ?. Not in this case. Francesca couldn’t have been nicer and more attentive. The burger and fries were awesome. You could tell it was made from fresh ground beef and not some preformed frozen patties. The toppings were all fresh and packed high. I had to mash the heck out of it to get it in my mouth. The fries were awesome as well. Done just right. My wife’s burger was cooked to perfection. (She likes well done) and she had hush puppies which were very tasty. I had a cup of clam chowder to try and it too was exceptional. Large chucks of clams in a super tasty broth with celery and carrot. I highly recommend stopping by and trying them for yourself. We will stop by anytime we are close.
