Tried to go through the line at the Holland Biggby to order some coffee. The website states that it’s open till 8 o’clock and the sign outside still stated it was open, we tried to go through at 6 o’clock. A worker pokes her head out the window and says “we’re closed”, poor Customer Service right there! How about you turn the light off first if you are going to close early!!!

Biggby coffee is a nice little place to get a little caffeine boost. They are about on par with Starbucks as far as quality, and my favorite part is a lot of their drinks are pretty basic and not overly sweet. When I get coffee, I prefer it to taste like coffee and not some kind of weird, overly sweet desert. Their prices are decent, I think they could be a little lower but I'm happy to pay the price as I only go here every so often. Service is usually pretty good, and not a long wait.

I can go to Starbucks anytime for a drink, but apparently I need to call Bigby to make sure they didn’t clean their steamers during hours of operation to make their closing duties easier.

Can’t hear over speaker when the male barista speaks. Ice machine broken when they offer a bogo (conveniently) just seems there’s always something wrong with this one! ((maybe because it’s a franchise)
the female Baristas that worked on Saturday 9/16 were amazing!! I would highly recommend Bigby on Fremont pike because they have Bogo. Every week they have free shot Friday every week and they don’t close at 6 PM like the one in Holland! I will no longer give my money to the Bigby in Holland! I would rather spend the money in gas and go to the other one, the pros and drink, knowing that I will get a frozen drink!

We loved talking to the employee while we waited. He was wonderful.
I had a barista named Shaye last week. She was amazing and very nice! I’ve had bad experiences with a young kid named jack or something, the manager. (or general manager) He was very rude last few times I’ve been there. Glad to have gotten Shaye instead. 10/10 for Shaye, 2/10 for the manager.
