Webster defines 'perfection' as "the quality or state of being perfect". I define it as the Texas Roadhouse on Trust Drive. As a place to eat, a place to unwind and as an experience. The Texas Roadhouse on Trust is the state of being perfect. It's near my house so I frequent it. Sometimes service can be slow but always super friendly and aware. The food is always great and I love being able to skip the wait by joining the waitlist ahead of time. They also melt the blue cheese crumbles on my New York strip perfectly. I've enjoyed every dining experience I've had at the Texas Roadhouse on Trust and I trust that you will too.

The wait is horrible and reservations are not accepted. When we were finally seated, it took forever to get our meals. I ordered a prime rib as med rare and it came well done and dry. The waitress took it after asking if it can be replaced and a manager came back with it in hand, saying it was all they had. What does that even mean? I asked him to elaborate and he replied that they sold out of med rares. I refused it.

Service and experience was the worst I’ve ever had. Food was not good as well. We had a Dallas fillet and a half a rack of ribs. 1/2 of the steak was bloody, The other half was well done. The ribs were so dry and there was no barbecue taste at all the worst ribs I’ve ever had. We had ordered an appetizer and the sides that are supposed to come with it weren’t with the appetizer..we had to ask two different times to get them. By the time we got them, our appetizer was cold.I had to talk to three managers and they still couldn’t get it correct??? I’ve been here many times and it’s been excellent, but this time was the worst I’ve ever had anywhere. When we eventually got our bill, we went with another couple, everybody’s order was on everybody else’s bill… all mixed up?? an absolute nightmare of an experience. I certainly hope when management reads this….understand that when you go out to eat, you expect the food to be excellent and you expect the service to be excellent. We chose Texas Roadhouse…we could go anywhere..you would think that management would strive that if the food is not on point to still make it a good experience and make it right immediately or take it off the bill…We had to fight through the whole meal and we left hungry…We won’t be back for a long time if ever

Everything was most deliciously perfect, Payton our waitress was amazing and attentive. It was my birthday and I've never tried Texas steak house before, so it was time and I'm so glad I did . That cut of steak was so perfectly cooked medium that it literally melted in my mouth, the New white cheddar creamy Mac and cheese was very good, the fully loaded mashed potatoes were tasty and the Grilled BBQ chicken breast was juicy and moist . I will definitely be back before my next birthday. Great job guys !

I never leave this place disappointed, it is always super busy even on a Tuesday night, that's how much people love this place. The service is always fast never had a complaint, they accept reservations for big parties and the servers go above and beyond. The food always comes out cooked to perfection, way to go management for running this place well!

After waiting a hour and a half which was fine and we expected to we were seated. We gave our waiter our order and half hour later is asked another waitress where our salad was about 5 mins later our original waitress came back and said she lost our order. A simple dinner became a 3 he experience.

I can't remember our waitress name I'm so sorry, but she was the absolute sweetest. Myself and 3 kids have been working and running for weeks and haven't had a day to spend lunch together. We had to order to go stuff and she made sure everything was wonderful. Such a good experience today. Thank you Texas Roadhouse! ?
