Incredible long wait (1hr) for only 5 sat tables . Claimed they were understaffed however my husband and I watched 3 of there servers be on their phones and just standing around talking. When we were finally sat we were greeted until 10 minutes later. We orders everything we wanted and then we waited another 5 minutes for our drinks. Waited another 30 minutes for our food to come for it to be cold and have no sauce! (We got Mac n cheese honey pepper chicken) noodles were under cooked and the chicken was over cooked. When asked for my sauce at least our server brought out cold sauce for our what’s supposed to be a hot meal. Very displeased. Understaffed yet you have a bartender and 6 servers? For a total of 10 tables? Only one of those servers was actually doing her job where she had majority of the tables. We’re still currently waiting for our serve to bring us a check or at least check on us. We will be going to the beavercreak location from here on out.

Music was inappropriate, way too loud. No one to seat guests ! Had to ask twice just to get a drink! Ordered boneless wings and no sauce available! Had to take some other sauce that was not good. Just an overall poor visit.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Do yourself a favor and get back in your car and spend your money elsewhere. Seriously. If the amount of trash in the parking lot isn't enough of a red flag to begin with, then let the inside deter you. The inside is filthy. The silverware and glasses looked dirty. The table and seating was dirty. The food was awful. 10/10 don't recommend.

Waited 10 minutes at the entrance to be seated by a host, nobody ever came up, other employees kept looking our way but never came over. Ended up leaving. It was Wednesday night and hardly anyone in the place..

Can't say I will be back to this particular Applebee's since the experience turned down hill as soon as we walked in the door. The young blonde curly haird hostess decided to inform and directly talk to the 2 separate Caucasian parties that came in after us to let them know it was shift change and sorry for the wait. Never said anything to the party I was with we only found out after we asked someone from the other party what the hold up was. After that we just left. Unfortunately issues like this still exist everywhere just wanted to give a heads up to individuals who haven't been to this particular Applebee's.
I called the restaurant in Huber heights 5 times and no one answered the phone.. guessing they don't won't my business..

Bought my kid a kids meal to go.waited almost an hour for it once arrived at the store even after ordering online and waiting 30 minutes to go pick it up. Wasn’t greeted at all for the first 10 minutes so I walked to the bar. Two older customers walked in and the young girl who had been texting and on her phone since I walked in decided to go greet and help the people who just walked in instead of me. Two days go buy and I get an alert from my bank that I’m over drawn and have a $30 fee and I’m wondering why….. the same waiter who handed me my to go order thought she deserved a $5 tip without asking so she charged my card it resulting in me being -$35 dollars now. That’s stealing. It’s not my fault you chose to be a server. I will be contacting corporate and making a bbb report unless I’m given my $35 back. I would’ve gave her a $5 bill if she needed money that bad rather than her over drafting my account.

Appetizer was out of this world we go the Wonton tacos appetizer. We did the 2 meals for 30. Garlic potatoes were fantastic. Ribs were also good. Green beans were dried out. Had no flavor. I would recommend this place for lunch. Not to crowded at that time. Just don't order the green bean side. You will be disappointed.
We went about 4:45 on a weekday. There is no effort to seat you quickly. I was facing the door and at one time, there were 17 people waiting to be seated. Some left. One couple were elderly and they struggled to wait. The food was ok but the waitress never came back to offer refills on drinks. I walked my husband’s empty Pepsi glass up to the bar to get a refill and the bar tender completely ignored me when I sat down excuse me please 3 times. When she did look at me, she said I’ll be with you in a while although she wasn’t busy. This was accompanied with a dirty look from her. I walked back to our table. Hubby chased our waitress down and asked for our check. We won’t be going back. I’ve heard the chain is struggling and I won’t be surprised to see them go under due to the poor service. The bartender should be fired for being so rude.
