Went there last night around 10:00PM and was told that they are out of roast beef. Really? Isn't your biggest food roast beef? Your logo says, "We have the meats!"....well, obviously not! This is the 2nd time I've been to this location later in the night when I was told they were out of roast beef. Might want to check on this and make sure you order enough roast beef for the store.

Cheddar and beef tasted weird, and look how tiny my slider was! Literally one piece of beef, that was ridiculous. Drive through line took around 20 mins for 3 cars.

Stopped in a few days ago just wanted to say this store has came along way I seen a few new managers there was a new black young manager he was very nice And dedicated to his job he needs a raise he is a very good manager he keeps the store in order and always give fresh food anytime I come when he is not my food is not as good and managers are not as nice and handle stuff as good as he is please give this man a raise

Spent $30. 2 LG combos (beef n cheese and French dip). Besides the half decent sandwiches n mozz stix/poppers everything was absolutely terrible. Both fries were inedible as they were old and really hard, and the large drinks were so watered down and very flat like they'd been sitting for a long time. No horsey sauce or Arby's sauce was included in the bag either.

This is honestly a fast food that takes a little longer but it's worth it!! This Huber heights Arby's always has nice workers, and they have NEVER messed up my order in over 10 years.Parking: Have tons of spots, adjacent to Aldi grocery store.

Leaving this review WHILE I’m still in line waiting for my food…I had to reorder at the window with a guy after a woman already took my order. And I’m not at ten minutes since my order that I’m waiting on my food… there was no one inside and no one else in line. My food is just sitting inside I just need someone to hand me it, this was ridiculous and I won’t ever be back…Not to mention it was $15 for a burger and tenders. Just ate burger, it was cold and tenders were dry.Terrible.

Avoid this store. The employees are rude and condescending. The mobile app is absolutely the worst.

There is a teenage female manager who is extremely rude, has a major attitude and argues with customers. I placed an online order and went inside to pick up my food, couldn’t find it and asked the first employee I saw which happened to be the manager. Right away she was rude and was unwilling to help me in any way. Another employee was able to find my order with no problem. Try to avoid the manager if at all possible.

I've usually had decent experiences at this location but today 6/27/23 at 4:10 pm, I stated my order clearly at the speaker and had to repeat myself multiple times before telling the drive thru operator to forget it. After pulling away and driving past the window, the drive thru operator was childishly and offensively wagging his tongue at me. Real class act.
