I was so excited to order pick up. I had waited all day for my wings and veggies. I knew better. ALWAY. CHECK. THE. BAG. They forgot the veggies… whole night… ruined. I was even super nice and friendly with the staff. They were trying to throw me off. Terrible absolutely terrible.

The food was good, service was not so much. Call in orders for their BOGO can be hectic so I'm chalking it up to that. However I did pay for 60 boneless and half were completely wrong. My family isn't picky so they reluctantly ate them with no complaint. The wings were hot and tasted good so it wasn't a terrible experience

Was in town for work two weeks ago and ordered a 30 piece wing for carry out. Ordered online and got to the restaurant about 5 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready. Order wasn't ready so waited another 5 minutes or so for the order to be completed. No biggie..... I realize the order time frame is an estimate. Got back to my hotel and the first box had 14 wings and the second box had 15 wings. Ordered ranch dressing and didn't get any in my order and zero napkins in the bag..... Again, no biggie..... seemed like a simple accident, wings were good and used a hotel towel for a napkin. Back in town this week and ordered another 30 piece for take out. I specifically asked for napkins this time while at the counter as there were none in the bag again ... I got two napkins after asking this time so I raided the table top drink napkins nearby to get something close to what you might expect for 30 wings. Got back to my hotel.......First box had 13 wings and second had 15 wings. Hey I get it....counting to 15 twice is difficult and in the grand scheme of things... this is a 95% success rate for counting to 15. It's a 100% success rate for error, but I like to look at the silver lining in things. With that said......, this time the wings were not good.....at all. Significantly over cooked (hey that's better than undercooked when it comes to chicken right??), but the sauce I ordered was either not what I ordered or it is going bad. It tasted closer to a bad honey bbq than a medium buffalo. I ate part of the order and pitched the rest. If you're ordering take out from this restaurant make sure your condiments are in the bag, ask for napkins and count your wings before you leave...... or take this review as a decent chance that you'll get your order screwed up too.....unless you like to gamble against a 100% success rate of failure. Won't be frequenting this particular Bdubs again.

This place had awful food and service. We ordered an appetizer got it delivered to our table and meal showed up 2 minutes later. Meal was cold and wings were hard.
Was craving some wings. Very disappointed in the food quality. Wings were small and what looked like reheated. Very hard to chew and fries were cold. Only thing good was the beer….

Let me just say we haven't had bdubs in like a year and I was craving it and excited.. I'll start with the food. It was delicious. The seasoning on the wedges is addicting. However, I was shocked at the portion of the onion rings. For $6 I got 7 ONION RINGS. That's basically $1 per ring. And they were very greasy. When I picked up the order and tried to check it, the sticker goo just kept sticking to my fingers and it wouldn't rip so I couldn't get into the bag without ripping it. The Boxes of chicken were soggy falling apart when I got home so that was messy along with the sticker goo that KEPT sticking to me so that was frustrating. The bags are also made with actual holes in the bottom so that doesn't go well with soggy boxes when you have the food in your carseat. No one wants to put their food in the floorboard just to put it on the counter when they get home. They seriously need to rethink their packaging as a whole.
