As much as we love Burger King, this by far is the worst one I've ever been too! I placed a mobile order...arrived 10 mins later...sat in the drive thru with 2 cars ahead of me for at least 20 mins. The guy at the speaker actually got out of his minivan and said they've not even asked to help him yet. I got out of line & went inside thinking surly my food is ready ... a guy was standing there waiting on his order and a family of 5 was ordering. The manager walked over to the drive thru so when she came back to the shoot I asked her if my order was sitting at the drive thru ready because now it's been 30 mins since I placed the order. She tells me no...the kid at the counter has to look up the order that it's not even started. Gggrr. So I get back in line ...kid leaves the front counter after taking family of 5s order & goes and stands by drive thru. Manager took him a bag for drive thru and saw me standing there & said ohhh let me look up your order. ?♀️. By this time there's 2 more customers behind me & she didn't bother to help them at all. Now the kid & Manager are at the shoot with their backs to counter. The kid looks at the customers in line...don't bother to come help them. ?♀️?♀️. Then the manager turns around with the family of 5s order...hands that out.... and the guy who ordered first is still standing waiting. ? so he asks about his and gets told ohhh we are working on it. Still no help for the other 2 customers waiting. Finally the guy gets his food...then she says waiting on fries ? for ours. Still no help to the other customers. Seriously?! I was a manager at Burger King & spent 5 years at the Milford location out of high school and I never seen employees move so slow & ignore customers like this store did. I finally get my food & then they decide to help that next person. ?♀️. Finally get home & my daughter's sandwich was made wrong & mine was cold. At least we had fresh fries ? I guess. ?♀️. But seriously the next time we go for BK ...it won't be the one on Old Troy Pike. The one over by Dunkin on Needmore is wayyyyyyy better & definitely worth the extra distance if you don't want to wait an hour for food & to be helped! I would have given a 0 if I could because it's just very poor customer service & the kid at the counter had greasy hair & longer nails with dirt under them. Yuk. At least the manager got our food & not him. I would have handed it back & got my $ back. Just saying! Would NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!

I've stopped in here 4x in the last year for lunch and it is hands down the best Burger King I've ever been to. The cashier lady is a doll and everyone working has a genuine smile. The food looks like it came out of a commercial, is hot, fresh, and served quickly.

As much as I love Burger King, this location just kind of looks shabby. The soda machine was out of all Coke products, the employees, while nice enough, just seemed "depressed," and it looked like it could have used a good all over cleaning. Even the parking lot look bad. The lines for it are barely there and I wasn't even sure I was in a parking place. Do better, Burger King.

I asked her a simple question like what’s inside my chicken sandwich she didn’t even answer that correctly. When I got my food turns out it wasn’t even my food I had to tell them then they gave me the correct bag. Food was cold too not to be a hater

Really slow drive thru about 20 30 minute wait only 5 cars
LarderRoom...Burger King is Burger King. Stopped in for a few Whopper Jr Duo specials! Got the Whopper Jr. and the spicy chicken wrap. Always love a Whopper Jr. Forst time trying the Buffalo chicken wrap. Tasty. The sauce was more sweet than spicy, but I would get it again.Parking: We had a truck and trailer and had no problem pulling right in and easly getting out of the parking lot.

The app wouldn't let me sign in. Doesn't send email as stated even when pressing resend code to sign in. The take out order we placed inside the restaurant was incorrect. We didn't notice until we got home. Yes, should have checked before we left..we were on a time limit.The cashier was very nice and polite. So not a total loss.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. We placed an online order. Waited for 40 minutes then finally got asked what we are here for. We were given half our order and even getting the order once we told them it was a mobile order took 10 minutes.

When I ordered 2 double whoppers and 2 large fries and Mott sticks. I didn't even get the fried and mot sticks and not even that didn't give me my double whoppers they was singles and burned. I will not be back here again they owe me big time on this
