This is my 3rd time coming to this location and each time has been the same situation. I want to start by saying the food is always fresh and the service is always fast with that being said, there is an older heavyset African-American man with glasses, that each time I have come I have had to ask him to change his gloves after handling money. This man immediately after dealing with the cash register always comes back and uses the same gloves for the food. The first time I said something to him politely, and he immediately got irritated and started speaking aggressively. I said something to the manager and she said she would address it. My second visit was the same situation I had to say something about him handling the money and trying to come over and continue making food. Today was the same situation only this time he tried to argue back and forth with me. I ignored him and he continued to tried and spark and argument until finally he yelled to the back and an African-American young lady came from making food and cash me out. She also had a gloves. I didn’t stay around to see if she would go back and finish prepping food with the same gloves. At this point I’m convinced this whole location needs a class on Sanitation.because someone WILL get sick! Please educate your employees. This is a great location and the only one in this area it would be a shame to lose business, because the employees aren’t properly trained in hygiene and get verbally aggressive when asked to do so. 11:50am march6,2024

Was here at 12:45 today girl making my food dumped some type of salsa on my bowl when I said sour cream, I tried to warn her before she dumped it on the bowl. Asked her if she could remake it and she rolled her eyes and told her coworker she wants it remade super rude like. Proceeds to make my bowl again I tell her both beans she aggressively told me to speak up. As I was cashing out heard her tell the guy next to her she's wanted to punch me in the face. Absolutely unacceptable. My first ever bad review for chipotle.

I had terrible in person experience a few months ago which is why I left a one star review. Today, I ordered online through a delivery service. My entire order was incorrect and I was missing items. I assumed my first experience was just a one off, but after today and seeing the other reviews it’s clear that this place is poorly managed.

Chipotle is always superb regardless of which location I PLACE MY ONLINE ORDER AT.I only eat in the Dining Room if I have someone else with me but even then, I can PLACE MY ORDER ONLINE, grab my bag and go eat at a table WITHOUT WAITING IN LINE.I ALWAYS TIP MY MEAL PREPARATION STAFF.Chipotle offers all ORGANIC/Non-GMO FOOD and that's why I buy their food VERY OFTEN.If I am meal stretching my bowl into two meals, i order DOUBLE PROTEIN/meat and I order my Guacamole on my bowl and Guacamole on the side too.My double meat bowls are beyond filling for 2 Meals.My cost is usually $16 but, that's for 2 extremely healthy meals. I AM WORTH IT!IT IS HARD TO COOK THIS TIME SAVING ORGANIC "TONS OF INGREDIENTS MEAL" AT HOME FOR 2 MEALS AT $16. Plus the time it takes at home TO MAKE MY MEAL.......THANK YOU CHIPOTLE FOR CHANGING MY LIFE WITH ORGANIC TIME SAVING FOOD.
The restaurant was really dirty! As we walked in the door, we could see there was not one clean table to sit at. Ugh! No friendly greeting. No ice in ice machine (“it’s broken”), but no offer to get any ice behind counter. Juice drinks were all out or very low. Overflowing trash cans. But the guys cooking (w their music on) were having a great time talking/yelling in the back. Food was fortunately good, solid Chipotle food—just very poorly managed restaurant!

This location needs a serious corporate review, the trash cans are always overflowing… dining room area stays dirty. Old food on the table and floor. Pop machine has dirt specs in the ice. During lunch or dinner the team is never prepared with enough toppings, constantly out of something every time it’s busy. Otherwise food is decent, but upkeep in the dinning and drink area is terrible.
Just close this location. Food quality is terrible. Workers doesn’t understand customer service!

The restaurant was extremely dirty. When my vegetarian burrito was made it was rolled on a piece of meat. I told the cashier and she didn't react. 2 hours before they close and they were out of tomatoes, cheese, salsa, and peppers. Definitely not worth it.

I have never left a bad review at any restaurant however this location needs help. First off, whenever we enter, the kitchen is always a mess. Toppings scattered all over the counter that seem to never get wiped down, it’s just a bad sloppy vibe. Secondly, my husbands burritos on multiple occasions have been not even wrapped all the way so it is wet and soggy and just a mess to eat. Also little to no meat included. (That will really make a man angry) stale chips is also a theme. They forgot my side of chips today in my to go order which really bothered me and they don’t strain out any juice so it is just an absurd about of liquid on the bottom of the bowl. Definitely will not be returning as this is a theme we have encountered over and over again.

It's very impressive that I can watch them make a burrito and have it be ice cold by the time I get home 5 minutes later. I'm not even mad, I'm just confused.What the hell are they doing there?
