Went and got some donuts and they were stale I called and the lady told me "oh they aren't stale those were the ones that were overcooked" I told her no these are stale but to know they overcooked some donuts and still sold them...she did offer to replace but I turned it down, this happens to frequently at the one in

I have been enjoying Donuts Palace donuts since I was a kid and they were located at Gettysburg and Salem. I'll never forget the Indian mannequin sitting inside. ? The donuts have gone through different transitions over the years- especially the cake donuts. They're different and not as tasty to me.The traditional glazed rings and twists, however, are always on point, especially early in the morning. I now pick up donuts for my faculty and staff at school and they love them, too!

I am not sure if the lady behind the counter was having a bad day today or what, but that is the rudest I have ever been talked to as a customer before in my life. There was no "welcome", "how can I help you" and absolutely 0 interest in helping us as customers at all. She seemed very inconvenienced when we had to reach out to her for the donuts as customers that we were coming in to purchase. We already told her the donuts we wanted but then she asked again and when we repeated it she said "Thats what i just said". Made me sad to have such a rude and nasty experience at a place with very good donuts.

I go in, there’s almost no donuts on the shelf. They say they can get what I needed in a timely manner, in a way, they did. I ordered two dozen donuts for my coworkers. When I get to work, the one donuts I requested were not in the box. I call and the lady I spoke with was very rude. In her head because I wasn’t charged extra for what I requested, they had nothing to fix. Money isn’t the issue, customer service is. She acted as she wanted to resolve the problem but she really didn’t. In her mind, it’s about the money and not the customer service. Bills donuts over this place any day of the week.

The first time I went to this donut shop I wasn't Givin what I asked for but we all make mistakes and no reason to make a problem but the second time I was charged half dozen then charged again for 2 more that I didn't ask for, charged 9 bucks and some change. The food is good but there needs to be changes in how people are charged. Of course I know that nothing will be done with this review and nothing will be done period. So as a customer letting others know will hopefully spike the owners interest in a bad review.
Disrespectful and rude...over donuts! Been coming here for years and I will not be back until they get new staff. With all the competition out there for whatever product or service it may be, CUSTOMER SERVICE is the determining factor for those of us that still choose to do business in person. This place has changed owners several times and it's sad only recently the service (and selection) is so poor we will take our business elsewhere.
The original glaze and apple fritter are divine!!! The original glaze is fluffy and melts in your mouth. I will definitely come back for this

This place is so good and the people are nice it's a pleasant experience while getting donuts. I know it seems overkill but in today's world it means allot when customer service people are awesome.
