I was expecting the normal euphoria that comes with the grilled cheese sandwich with added patties, and all I got was a mouth full of disappointment ?. I have never been disappointed with Five Guys, this location is definitely a first.

The food was good, but not for the price. I know inflation has caused it to rise but not worth that much. 48.00 for two Lil cheeseburgers, 2-small fry, and 2 drinks.

Tried to get one of their famous $10,000 cheeseburgers today, walked in and there’s 10 people in line and 20 sitting down, only 4 people with food in front of them.I don’t. Have $10,000 and all day for a cheeseburger lol. Pick one

I’ve never been disappointed with the food here! Their burgers and fries are always perfect and I’ve ordered from here several times.The staff was also super friendly and lively when I’ve been in store.The reason I’m giving 3 stars is because they seem to not use their pickup window at all, which seems so odd to me. If I order food online, I typically favor restaurants that allow me to stay in my car for that.This last time, I ordered pickup online and decided to try the window for several minutes and nobody ever came up so I just went inside. And then they apparently don’t drop your fries in the fryer until you’ve checked in so, to me, it makes more sense to utilize the pickup window instead of having lots of people standing around waiting for food.I just figured I’d leave this review in case anyone was curious about how (in)convenient the pickup situation is.
