The staff today was so sweet. I called in advanced asking if I could order just pan seared vegetables as a side as I’m working through some health challenges and couldn’t eat anything else on the menu. Not only did they work out a side for me, but they cooked the veggies fresh when I arrived and really went above and beyond. So grateful for them!

Had a chicken burrito tonight... Was absolutely terrible... Had like 5 pieces of burnt meat... The entire burrito was cold and sloppy... This location is terribly slacking compared to other ones I've been to

Food was ok. The chicken bowls we got some of it was tough and the fact they extra for rice when they barely put any on in the first place is absurd. Probably why i prefer chipotle sorry to say. An the attitude of the crew needs to be a little better.

Went in to pickup an order for delivery with UberEats. The customers order was already ready. All I had to do was give them the name, company, and I was onto delivery.

The person who made my food was in such a hurry before i could even tell them what i wanted they just started assembling ingredients onto my order absolutely pissed!
It was slow and quiet, I had to literally repeat myself 3-4-5x for everything, he attention span was done after she asked “white or brown rice”. I reply both. Ok white. I said both. Huh what do u mean both? White and brown. Oh ok. Sorry. On what do u want on this bowl? The same. On white rice ??♂️ no same as other bowl, brown and white. Same thing with both bowls for the beans. Had to repeated multiple times double streak along with every other ingredient. She ended up not even putting white cheese which I repeated 2x to make sure she got it. Guess that’s what I get for not watching it being out on. Usually it’s a 5 star but that experience was a 0-1

1) The prices are way too expensive for the amount of food you get.2) Kids meal now $7.50 only includes 1 taco.3) a burrito with only white rice, queso, cheese and lettuce is $11.25. (Other locations charge for a shell with side or queso, because there is literally nothing on it)So for 2 tacos and a burrito with 2 drinks was $25. That’s insane.The rice was hard. They were out of so many items and it was before the lunch rush.Staff member was extremely rude all because I asked if the kids meal comes with 2 tacos.Just overall disappointed in my lunch experience today. Will not be coming back to this location.And if this is the new norm for Hot Head then we will not be coming back.& to top it off, we thought we would use the restroom before leaving.. I recommend you not using them. Very dirty! You can tell it does not get cleaned.
