Kala is fabulous! She is very inattentive and welcoming. She truly turned the horrible start back into an enjoyable experience. However if you want to be sat in a timely manner I would go someplace else. Host told us it would be a 15-20 min wait, waited 50 mins for our table. It was understandable that the wait could have been longer (I have worked as a host before and know the struggles) but to see someone a friend of the host come in and be sat in 10 mins and skip the line was very frustrating. Also a more accurate time of waiting would have been appreciated. Knowing I had to wait 45 min to 1 hour would not have scared me away if I knew I was going to get good service and good food but being told 15-20 min really just sets everyone up for disappointment. Food was good servers are great but the seating situation needs to be worked on.

The food ok steak omelet was fine steak was just a little chewy and the pancakes were kinda tuff struggled to cut with fork. But the service was good, got us seated very quickly, and food came out fast. Would I go back yes if I wanted a late

I usually have a great meal at ihop. It was not as great this time. My husband's soup was cold and he had to send it back to get reheated. I don't think the portion of ham on the breakfast sampler platter could have been any smaller. I expected better as I've never been disappointed at ihop before. Our server was pleasant and friendly and everything was mostly clean.

Tiarra is a WONDERFUL WONDERFUL server. The pancakes and eggs my friend ordered were perfect and delivered promptly with a smile. Tiarra made sure we didn’t want for anything.

Ordered the Meaty, Cheesy 'N Crispy Mega Omlett, 3 buttermilk pancakes and a soft drink. Everything tasted great and was the right temperature. There was only one server who did an outstanding job. She was super busy. She was seating customers, waiting tables, delivering food to tables along with online and mobile orders. She even bused tables and cashed us out when we were done. One thing for sure she did an excellent job! I was truly impressed by her great work ethic! A true waitress!

Which they had a few healthier options, But it is what it is and it's good food.Kid-friendliness: I saw people there who had their children with them. I didn't see any problems with that.Wheelchair accessibility: There were doorways are big enough you could get a wheelchair in it. But again, no automatic doors for wheelchair people. So you have to bring someone with you to open the door.

Waitresses and food were good. My coffee cup was dirty so had to get a new one. The issue was the kitchen chef who was yelling and cursing about people coming in at the same time. The entire dining room could hear him, including my four year old. Felt very trashy. Will not be back.
