We just ordered three personal thin pizzas. Pepperoni and sausages.Mushrooms and black olives.Hawaiian (pineapple and bacon).Two of them were almost burned, they were dried, barely cheese, eleven little pieces of pineapple, nine shrunk pieces of bacon. Thin Pizza doesn't need to be crunch and dried but edible, not hard but soft. You want to taste the dough pizza not carboard.Sorry???

Might as well buy frozen pizza and stay at home. Way too expensive. My $15 pizza came out burned. I asked the guy if they always come out that way. He said, "Not when the oven is set right." I didn't bother asking why the oven wasn't "set right". I just took my pizza and got out of there. The crust was salty and chewy. I will never go back.

I love this restaurant! Has online app to order or can go in to counter. Lots of fresh veggies, fresh mozzarella, interesting toppings. I am a big fan of the artichoke hearts. Crazy fast cooking time. They have chopped salad, several on menu or you can build your own. Salads big enough to share. Love, Love, Love! Been there 4 times in last 2 weeks. Very reasonable priced.

Probably going to get no response or the generic “we’ll pass this on to the owner.” Well I’d like to know who that is so I can pass it on myself. Used to love the place, but after this last experience I’ll never be back. Stood in line with 3 people in front of me for almost an hour. Wasn’t really paying attention at first, but I eventually realized they were not serving the people in line and only doing online orders. Zero acknowledgement to the people standing in front of them. I was the last person to walk out and I only stayed as long as I did to see if they’d ever say anything. Nothing. Not a single word. Didn’t even look at the people in line. The guy that walked out before me (I talked to him in the parking lot, he’d been there for 1.5 hours cuz he really wanted their pizza), asked THE MANAGER, “excuse me, are there a lot of orders ahead of me?” All the manager did was look up for a half of a second and say, “Yes.” No yeah, I’m sorry were so slammed, these online orders are two hours old and we’re trying our best or anything like that. Just yes. At that point I just walked out with him.Side note, I’ve worked in restaurants for years and have been serve safe certified... LOTS of health code violations going on. Might want to be on the look out for the health inspector... STAY AWAY!!

The staff was professional and responsive to the pizza order details. They also observed PPE usage during Covid. Friendly and fresh service.
We moved out of state & was so excited to come back & visit Rapid Fire Pizza again. The Crew was top notch & the Pizzas were outstanding! If you've never been here you gotta check it out! It's like the Subway line but only it's Pizza!

The workers were super slow and the one with black hair and bangs only mumbled and got mad when I said I couldn't hear her. Horrible customer service!

When they first opened it was 5 stars for service and quality. Prices were fair. They've made a lot of changes and in my opinion quality-amount of ingredients they let you have and pricing have all gone down hill. I like triple pepperoni and double ham. Thats it, no other ingredients. Cant get that anymore without paying extra. I could have gotten 20 other/different ingredients at no additional charge. Not a great policy. Not sure who's bad idea that was to create that policy. Before they got greedy we used to go once a week and get pizzas. We don't mind paying up for good quality food but this policy is just d**** I understand the product costs them money but I get 2 ingerdience. Now we maybe go twice a year because of the changes.
