Slower than any other drive-thru within 100 miles. I've never sat waiting in line for 30+ minutes. The staff doesn't have a clue what's going on. The food is always cold/greasy. The franchise owner doesn't care about what's going on. This place is HORRIBLE.

One of the worst locations, don't expect them to fix your food if it's wrong on their part, they will just tell you "well it's already made" and do nothing about it. Had it happen multiple times now, and it takes forever in the drive thru every time. I'll just drive to the one farther away in Beavercreek, that's how bad this one is.

Soggy Fries Took Forever Cold food poor service One employee was on her phone the entire 20 minutes we sat in line the other decided to take a quick dance while we were starving to death car. The drink didn’t even taste like water. I STRONGLY ADVICE NOT TO COME TO THIS LOCATION ID RATHER EAT AT BURGER KING!

It’s surprisingly gear-grinding to only have 3 cars in a drive through and it take 12 min to take out order. I saw the cars. I watched them proceed. Then it was my turn. No welcome. Just “take a look at the menu”. When i placed our order the young lady Interrupted and corrected my order. Not to confirm, rather to correct what I was saying. She wanted to bend what I was saying to fit her “click button” style of ordering. No read back. Just the total. By the time time we left the drive through it had been 20 min. Our order consisted of 2 bacon cheeseburger combos. That’s it. Again, just took longer to order the food than to eat it!
