Let me preface this with this : I am a very kind and polite person, especially with service workers because I am one too. That being said, I walk up to this subway and the woman barks "you'll have to wait a minute " im like oh okay and just stand there pationatly waiting to be helped while the lady slams every door or container shut that she opens while making an order that must have been doordash as I was the only one in the store . Eventually she says what do you want, mind you I ordered literally the simplest thing ever 6 inch toasted on white with literally nothing on it but bacon and cheese ( no condiments or vegetables,nothing) she continues to slam everything around as she makes my food,and also doesn't change her gloves between mine and the last order. When the toaster goes off her coworker who was on break or something came in and finished ringing me out (now he was nice and I could tell he was wondering what her problem was as she went back to slamming things around for another doordash)then I get out to the car and go to eat it and it's toasted so much it rock hard and falling apart there's 1 piece of bacon and the cheese is burnt too. By far the worst subway experience I've ever had. I understand as humans we all have bad days but the hostility of this worker for no reason other then being asked nicely to make the simplest sub ever, is just uncalled for. And the sub itself was not even edible!!! . Id have brought it back if I wasn't already on the highway when I went to attempted to eat it.. I hope upper management sees this review and can speak to the employee.. I most likely will never go to this location again. This was March 13th around 330 or 4 pm

Mike made this experience amazing. He's a great guy! He needs a raise since he ALL ALONE! DUDE IS AMAZING! ILL COME BACK JUST TO TALK TO HIM!Kid-friendliness: Was so nice to my son! Great guy Mike is the best!

The young women that work here are extremely rude and I feel like I'm an inconvenience. They are never out front, don't speak unless spoken to and it's What do you want. We will not be back if these women are working. The young man is great and if he is there, we will order again.

I was feeling dizzy and realized my blood sugar was too low and the guys helped me by getting me a sugary drink which kept me from having to call an ambulance and going to the hospital.

Used to be my favorite subway. Was in meijers 2 days this week and tried to get subway. They were out of bread and wraps were frozen.

This used to be my favorite place to get Subway. Today my bread was so hard I had to shave off the top. I was not able to drive back and take the sandwich back but I will definitely be in the store to let the owner or manager or someone know about this sandwich because everybody works very hard for their money and everybody cannot cook dinner so they depend on places like this to get good food. But when you think it's okay to give someone any type of food or haven't done any type of way that is not okay and I need to let you know that my food was not okay at all I will be in with my receipt and let you know this in person.
