I pay for extra peanut butter but can rarely taste it. Never acknowledged when I enter store. One time the person that was standing at the register actually walked away when I entered the store.

Apparently they stop serving food at 7pm (hour before close) and only make smoothies. Refused to take my order at 7:15pm. Wasted about 30 minutes and gas driving there for nothing. Odd policy for a restaurant to stop serving food during normal hours. Why not just close at 7pm instead of 8 PM on Sundays? Or hour early if daily policy?Update:Received apology letter and truly appreciate the owner reaching out to me by mail. I would recommend store policies be visibly posted. Location clearly states no more than 4 students at a time, but nothing about food service ending early.

Tonya the manager is terrible customer service and professionalism. She had an attitude with her employees that seeps out to the guests every time I come here. Consistent complaints are made about the taste of smoothies and her only response is “oh well it’s the fruit”. The very last encounter she got rude loudly in front multiple guests over a simple request of remaking a terrible tasting smoothie. She belittles a certain employee publicly every time that I come in. Her people skills are just poop. For these smoothies to be the cost of combo meals I’d expect a better experience.

Very annoying that EVERY time I go to this tropical smoothie, they are out of stock for the new bowls. If you’re going to promote a product, management needs to make sure the product is stocked at least most of the time. I’m tired of driving to beavercreek when this is an issue that can be fixed — since I’ve never not once had this issue at any other location.Additionally, the employees need a lesson in how to make the bowls. Every other tropical smoothie puts the peanut butter drizzle over the granola and under the fruit. Huber employees put the smallest dollop of ($1.19 added) peanut butter right on top so it sticks to the lid and is completely wasted along with the additional money spent on it. Management is clearly lacking at this location.

I had 8 orders and was missing one, asked about it and was called rude and told they should just cancel it altogether instead of remaking it. As if it were my fault someone else took my order. The same front counter guy hollered at patrons entering the store that were minors and under the store count rule posted on the door. He really should find antoher job if he is that miserable. I was not able to get a name as he was not wearing a name tag. the manager Tanya (sp?), has been there for years and did nothing to handle either situation. All 7 orders were COLD. I will go to any other location but this one going forward.
