“This is a great little place. The owner and staff were very courteous. The food was excellent. Very authentic. Don't get "Thai Spicy" if you don't know what you are doing. They were very kind and accomodative of all of our requests. I highly recommend this place.While we were waiting for our food, I overheard them take a phone order so patiently and carefully that I immediately knew the food was going to be amazing. “I ordered shrimp with vegetables combo, sweet and sour pork combo and a pint a chicken lo mien. Food was great as always and ready when promised. My only complaint, and it may have been my fault, but it was lunch time and I expected a lunch combo with a soda not an egg roll and we got the dinner portion. I was a little disappointed that they gave us the dinner size, they should have asked since it was noon, other than that my rating would have been a 5.“

“The food was DELICIOUS! We ordered the salt and pepper squid, potsticker, spicy wontons, beef chow fun and fries pork chops today for dine in! Omg this food is authentic Cantonese, and I would know be cause I'm half Chinese and spent most of my childhood in San Francisco Chinatown with my grandmother. I took my husband and nephew and we loved every single bite! HUGE portions for your money and I took half my meal home!! Don't think about it, just go!!“

“I have ate here a few times and it has not been disappointing either time it does not cost very much even alittle cheaper then getting a combo meal from a fast food restaurant about $10 bucks so that's not bad at all I got sesame chicken which happens to be my favorite whenever I do Chinese anywhere the food was nice and hot it was good I for got to get a can of soda but I paid already the women working the counter gave me one on the house which was awesome I appreciated that and thanked her for doing that they were busy at the time I do recommend stopping in the food is good and the workers are very nice“

“I really like this place. It's a old school Chinese restaurant. Old school fried rice with egg too! I tried 2 combos my first time. The chicken teriyaki was excellent and the egg Foo young was kinda bland and the gravy was orange and weird looking. It was my guy friends food so I didn't take a picture of it but he wasn't too please cause he thought it had cheese in the gravy lol but I had no complaints with my food. And I will definitely be back to try other stuff too!“

Very respectful, very efficient, and I don't think we've ever had an issue with an order and we go there all the time. “Well there prices have gone WAY up but on top of that on the weekends they want to charge you an additional 18% they say there open until 9pm I was there at 810 pm the doors were locked what a bunch of lies I dove 43 miles for that but rest assured going back will be hard because I went to Boo Long up the street what a pleasant surprise they also close at 9pm but welcomed me in at 835 been going to Me Wah and king Wah for YEARS but am now rethinking it“

“They are very respectful and polite, and they have great tasting food. Ordered orange chicken combo. Came with four pieces of good-sized chicken. There is lots of fried rice and an egg roll. You may have to ask for containers so you can take the rest home and finish when you are hungry again.Parking: Large shopping center parking.“

The crab Rangoon, while being the traditionally made fun of small triangle style, were the best i've ever had from anywhere. The general tso chicken was the perfect amount of spice, and the beef lol mein was perfect. The best finish to this meal of perfection was the wonton soup. Perfect finish to a perfect meal. Came super quick, and driver was a delight and super friendly. Absolutely recommend, and this is my new go to place.“

“Originally had it a year ago while visiting my dad. The food was very good. But when I tried their wonton soup it was amazing. I love wonton soup and most places it's good but all tastes the same. I've just moved down the street and was craving the soup. The broth is great, the wontons are just big and fat with delicious filling. Most places you're lucky it you get a dime size of filling. “We ordered Mongolian Beef and Kung Pao Chicken with fried rice and pork egg rolls. The dinners were very good, but egg rolls weren't great. The egg rolls were undercooked and not crunchy. We will definitely order again, as the dinners were tasty.“

“This is the great place to eat, I love their food it's always so delicious no matter what I get. Not only is the food excellent, but they truly care, the other day I ordered some food that had shrimp in it, see I'm allergic to shrimp, because it was a call in order, they call me back to remind me that the food I had ordered had shrimp in it, I explained it was not for me. “We have ordered from here for the last 22 years and never had a problem with the food, or the service.We order at least 3 times a month.Not including from my job that is on Rockside Rd. (Literally right up the street from here)Alot of my fellow co-workers order different meals at least once a week and I pick it up for them on my way to work..they buy my dinner for picking theirs up..win-win!!??Love the won ton soup..more than China kitchen 1 or 2 on Turney. This place puts 8-10 won tons in their large soup!!...not 5-6 at the other 2 places I've mentioned.Also, there are just the woman and husband that have been there to run the place and they do a damn good job too!They don't speak English clearly because they are making authentic CHINESE FOOD...After all this..we getting Chinese for dinner today..we ARE HUNGRY!!??“

“A small hole in the wall that's been around a while. The food is made fresh and is decent. It's what I'd call belly stuffer food. Big portions, decent taste and very reasonably. We get take out anytime we're in the area.“

“My girlfriend & I opted to dine via take out from Richie Chan's. She has been eating here since she returned to Cleveland two decades ago & raves about it all the time. We decided to order take out for Valentine's Day & it was fast service with generous & delicious portions. They only take cash but it's very inexpensive for the quality & quantity of food you receive. We got wonton soup, shrimp with vegetables & steamed dumplings & it was enough for two meals each for both of us! We also got organic navel oranges, fortune cookies & almond cookies as a gift (I think this may have been part of the Valentine's Day) The food was so good, we ate it before we could take photos but my girlfriend's fortune cookie says it all...wonderful food for a romantic evening. We will continue to return here. Richie Chan is the main cook & his wife, Wai, helps with food prep & takes all the orders & transactions. They are so nice & friendly it feels like your favorite aunt & uncle just invited you over for dinner. Having lived in PRC, I can attest to the genuine taste of their Cantonese, Hunanese, Mongolian & Mandarin dishes. It is also a true bargain for what you will receive.Vegetarian options: Nearly every style of Chinese food has vegetarian options except for Cashew, Cantonese Omelette, Mongolian & General Too dishes but there is plenty to choose out of the remaining entrees, appetizers & selections.Wheelchair accessibility: Restaurant is at street level with wide enough doors to accommodate wheelchairs.“
