Just got through DoorDash best delivery service ever had best delivery person ever and food was outstanding steak and lobster. I was so disappointed with outback me my husband an grandbaby went there for a Sunday brunch it was really empty not a lot of people at all the asparagus was overcooked an the coffee was cold now as the hostess she should have checked the coffee we went to Long Horn An at food was great an the hostess was phenomenal from start to finish an it was packed an they were short staff that speaks volumes I will never go to outback never again an my husband left the hostess a tip and should have left her anything the 1 star because she gave my grandbaby crayons an a paper to color on
We had a wonderful wait staff person, but the food is either salty or simply one note. However, good service will still earn my business.

This is usually our preferred Outback in this area. The service and food here is usually pretty decent. Today that was not our experience here. We walked in and it was slow, about 3pm on a Tuesday, it took a while before anyone even acknowledged me standing at the door. Once seated the server came to get our drink order and her perfume was so strong I could taste it. It was very off putting. She wasn’t overly nice but not rude either. Took our drink order brought them back and they were dripping all over and she set them down and kind of shook her hand in a way that flicked the soda on the table. We ordered our food and I ordered a drink from the bar. The drink from the bar was almost flavorless and full of ice chunks. Our food came out and the fries were way over done and like the potato had almost no topping. The restaurant was not clean and we waited for our check after asking for it several times. The lady next to us asked for refills and sauce and eventually just gave her steak back and left. By the time we left there was a manager finally cleaning the table three tables away that sat with the same food on it the whole time we were eating and another one who just started sweeping the mess on the floor as we were leaving. I’m very disappointed in this experience.

The steak was tough. Everything was cold like it had sat. The Ceaser salad was awful. The bread and lobster tail were both good. Cold but good. Service was so slow. Waitress forgot everything. She was overwhelmed and they were not even busy. The drinks were not good and took almost our whole meal to get. Not sure if that was the bar or the server. Disappointing overall.

The food was cooked ok. I ordered the shrimp and chicken with pasta. The pasta didn't have no flavor at all. Tasted plain.. services were slow. Took almost 15min before they finally took our order. The place was kind of empty. But at the end of it all, the food wasn't that bad but could have more flavor.
