“Haven't been in this restaurant before. The the people are wonderful. It's definitely a busy place. My family takes up a lot of space. Our server, Alyssa, very sorry if I have your name wrong, she was absolutely on top of everything. Organized the 3 tables we put together, never skipped a beat. The food is absolutely fantastic!Thank you for bringing your A Game. I/we appreciate you and your coworkers! I highly recommend this specific LongHorns.Vegetarian options: Their salads are wonderful and a complete meal. They do have a section of the menu specifically for vegan/vegetarian.. I appreciate this option too.Dietary restrictions: This is available, but I didn't look closely at the time.Parking: There's a lot of parking available. There's a pickup area, handicap was close to the door.Kid-friendliness: We didn't have children with us, but there's a section of the menu specifically for children.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking straight in front of the entrance with the accessibility for wheelchairs.“
“Food was excellant. We arrived early like 4:00...SERVERS were low on staff running around like crazy, poor things.. We were there for 2+ hours just The 2 of us. Took soo long to get water refills, each dish of food, the bill, then come back to pick it up, then come back with it, Etc.. We observed and pretty much each table had issues.. not getting correct dishes or needs...Hope things get corrected soon..“
“The food was good but they serve baby versions of oysters, Rockefeller. The bigger ones are from Alexander Pierce, which were amazing. The small bites were just OK.I was also disappointed that when I got my first cocktail it was over poured and dripping and Sloppy. There was also butter on the Menu that got on my dress and the server Tim blew it off when I told him.Not impressive for what they call five star dining. It was also disappointing that they got rid of the ice cream cart.“
“A special thank you to our server, Mr. S., at the Beachwood Legacy Village Capital Grille on April 15, 2023. He provided exceptional service throughout our dining experience. Mr. S. was very knowledgeable about the menu and offered honest recommendations that catered to our group's preferences. Despite being one of the longest-staying groups, we were also the liveliest. Mr. S. even joined in the celebration by singing a slightly off-key rendition of "Happy Birthday" to a lovely young lady in our group. The highlight of the meal was the delectable garlic spinach. Every dish we ordered was delicious, including the chicken, rosetto, steak, African lobster, chicken tenders, and fries for the child in our group. The desserts, chocolate, and cheesecake were equally delightful, and the birthday candle added a special touch to the occasion. While our visit was certainly a special occasion, we believe it was well worth it. I heard from our group that the drinks were also excellent.Overall, we had a wonderful experience at the Beachwood Legacy Village Capital Grille, and we are grateful to Mr. S. for his exceptional service.“
“We are a family of 14 and were looking for an Easter brunch restaurant. We booked with Cleveland Chop and we were NOT disappointed! Margaret and our waitress were attentive and hospitable. The ambience is very welcoming and charming. The food was amazing with beautiful presentation. The desserts by Sherry were outstanding and delicious. We went back more than once! We highly recommend Cleveland Chop to everyone. If we could, we’d book for next Easter today!“
“We were seated immediately (a Sunday late afternoon). Dierre our waiter was great. All orders were accurate. They were short staffed so it did take a while to receive the main courses. It was a bit drafty, but overall we enjoyed our time here with new friends.“
“Loved the small atmosphere and the unique vintage plating. We ordered a lot of different things so we could try it all, the rigatoni was phenomenal and my husband really enjoyed his steak. Dont sleep on the beef dripping potatoes ? Drinks and service were also wonderful, will be back.“
“On my first visit to Cleveland recently, I decided to give JaJa a try, based on excellent reviews that I’d read online. It more than exceeded my expectations in every way. The food was both creative and incredibly delicious. The service was outstanding, with our server, Heather, giving perfect advice on how and what to order based on our stated preferences. And, the ambience was just lovely, with very comfortable seating. Thank you for a fabulous dining experience in your wonderful city. I’ll be back for sure!“
“My wife believes that we should give this place another try. I was completely underwhelmed, but we were part of a large party, the meals were all served at once, so the food may have suffered heat lamp damage. My dish was dry and pretty flavorless. It looked so promising in the menu.“
“We had a family gathering at Outback in Parma. We waited about 30 minutes to seat 7 of us, not a long wait. The staff were very nice and made sure we had everything. The food was very good and the kitchen is set up for non gmo cooking if someone has a dietary allergy. The atmosphere was pleasant and friendly.“
“Let me start with the service, it was very good, the staff were friendly and professional. The food was good quality, and well presented. But I've had much better experiences for a better price in many other restaurants. Initially we were seated in the upstairs portion of the restaurant, it felt like the annex, like a temporary pop up of a restaurant, we refused that table and were seated in a booth in the main dining room, while better that the shabby upper deck, this really wasn't a huge improvement. Cheap laminate flooring, no art on the walls, made it feel like this place was set up to make a fast buck. Steaks were excellent, but served on luke warm plates. Espresso was good, but the price was astounding. $450, then add a $90 tip. 2 glasses of Champagne (came out late) 1 bottle of Ripasso, 1 Calamari, 2 Fillet, and the special with Crab Oscar. no dessert, 2 coffees. Was a little much. It's Cleveland. I've had better for less in Zurich, Venice, Milan, Munich, Tokyo etc. The place felt greedy.“
“Visited this week for a business dinner. There were a lot of us in a back room, so your results may vary from mine. Overall, I really enjoyed the evening, the location and the staff. The place outside looked like a strip mall but inside looked like a real deal steakhouse. From the bar back, things looked refined & relaxed. Enjoyed the stay. Since we were a large-ish group, I was there a while and was never uncomfortable. The staff were efficient, good, and light-humored in a grumpy way. It wasn't like they were seriously angry, just as if being put off was part of the schtick. Light-heartedly put off would be the summary. As if everything was a bother and an inconvenience, but maybe not really. After a couple drinks, didn't even notice any more.I started with a Negroni and wanted to hug the bartender. I don't often go with them, I usually like something fruity. But in a steak restaurant with a lot of business friends, I had to act macho and didn't regret it. Negroni's often are made poorly and like scallops, when not done well --- Oof! These were prefect. For an appetizer, salad I decided to go with the lobster bisque. I thought it was a great choice. It was very tasty, a lot of it and a TON of actual protein in it. Lots of nice, delicate chunks of real lobster meat. Well done there.Since I was in a seafood mood in a steak restaurant, I went with the Surf & Turf. I'm a rube, so I ordered the steak portion in medium. For a steak restaurant I was sorely surprised with the meat. I would just give it an OK. I was looking for outstanding, but that just didn't do it. A bit overcooked (even for a medium!) and I almost had the aftertaste of a piece of liver. Not as tasty as I would have wanted. On reflection, I should have gotten some sort of saucy side to cover it. I hate to recommend adding it (I was taught BBQ sauce hides poor brisket), but it is what it is. However, the lobster was really good. It wasn't a large thing. An over sized prawn. But it was tasty and filleted out for you so it was even easier to eat. The asparagus and mashed potatoes with it were par for the course. As a business meal - recommended and would do it again. On my own dime with a date, I would have been far more brutal in the review.“
