Utilized the drive through for a quick small dinner after a busy, long day. What a disappointment. Food was cold, fries were dry and stale, sandwich looked as though it had been assembled by throwing the beef from across the kitchen, and the drink was filled to the brim with ice to the point that there was no rattle in the cup. I was the only vehicle in the drive through, there were no customers that I could see in the restaurant, and it was made quite apparent by the quality of the meal that the staff was irritated to have to deal with a customer. Although their behavior face to face suggested otherwise.

Arby’s is notoriously mid and man is it good at keeping that status. I ordered a jamocha shake and was disappointed when I received vanilla. I went through a second time and was met with the same results. Vanilla.

Absolutely Terrible. If i could rate 0 stars I would. Customer service was terrible, the food took forever to get and it was cold somehow. This picture of the philly cheesteak shows enough. I don’t need to describe it. Definitely trashed. Never Trying again, thanks!

Go through the one in Kent a lot had one incident a little bit ago with a woman doesn't know how to add up she's not very good at math at all so I was disgruntled there but for the most part it's pretty good even though you don't get the sliders on sale anymore between 2:00 and 5:00 it says they're on sale but it's the same price as regular they need to fix that

Went through drive thru. No gluten free buns or lettuce wraps. Decided to order regular and eat without bun. They were out of roast beef. I left. Let us know when they will install a real Arby's restaurant here.
