Overall the experience was good. I was disappointed in the portion size of the appetizer we received. The potato skins, listed at $12 for 6 skins, came and they were very small potatoes. About the size of a half dollar coin but maybe smaller. So for $12 not a great choice and a bad surprise. Also ordered the Walleye Taco, but it was unoriginal, just a piece of fish an onion slice and lettuce. Only came with one small taco for $8! So the beginning of the meal not so great. We actually visited this location after a radio ad stating Mondays were 1/2 pound burger and Fries special. When we arrived the menu was VERY specific though and the burger special was for just the Black and Blue burger. Which two of us got and it was very delicious. The meat was very good. I also enjoyed the French fries. Our third party member opted for the Philly cheesesteak instead and said it was ok but not worth the $20 price. So not trying to be negative, just honest opinion. The restaurant was packed by the time we left, so very happy we came early at 4:30 pm. Our server did a good job. He was a very serious person, Lol. But everything came out as ordered. This was our first visit to Bistro on Main so the reason we were not aware of portion sizes. But the burgers were very good. We will probably dine again and try something new.Parking: Get to the restaurant early, the parking lot is small and fills up fast and is difficult also to leave out of
The staff were very congenial. Atmosphere is uninteresting in the dining room. Can't comment on the lounge but it looked pleasantly lighted and plenty of happy, louder customers. We waited over 1/2 hour for our meals. No bread offered. Sirloin steak ordered medium rare was evenly pink but was somewhat dry and "choice" texture and a smaller portion than we expected. I didn't notice on the menu the BOM steak sauce which is mildly spicy hot, or I would have decided not to have that entree. The potatoes were delicious and the asparagus was cooked perfectly.

Our first -- and off-the-cuff decision -- time for a lunch treat, this restaurant gave us a very nice experience. Our food choices were fresh and scrumptious! Friendly and classy atmosphere, along with the food, will be drawing us there again.

Sweet potato gnocchi with portobello mushroom and chicken (chicken was over cooked), but the rest of the dish was FABULOUS!!!My friends and I had an AMAZING dinner reservation at 5:30 on a Friday night. We placed our orders promptly with our server while the dining area was still nearly vacant but our food took over 45-50min to arrive. When our food arrived it was DELICIOUS!!

Best place we have been to in a long time. Had a 5$ burger special, which was absolutely amazing. My wife had the brisket, which was awesome as well! Will be back here for sure!

We have been going to the Bistro since their opening many years ago. Unlike most long time restaurants they seem to get better every year. Was there last evening for "Social Hour" and had a great time. Drinks and appetizers where great as well as Nancy our server. She was fantastic. As always they did a GREAT
Great food and cocktails. Rented out a portion of the dining room for a rehearsal dinner. Staff was great and very accommodating. I would definitely check this spot out again!

It was a very busy Friday night but they managed to get us a seat rather quickly. Service, food and drinks were superb. The only odd thing is the location of the women's restroom.

What a fabulous dining experience !First time Saturday evening dinner and it was absolutely delicious! The Salmon was perfect and The Meatloaf was so unique and flavorful! The bar has a great team as they all seem to work together to tend to all of their guests . Definitely going back soon ! Hardest decision is what to choose from the menu next ?!
