We came to Bob Evans hungry and left disappointed. Our meal started at a booth that was a bit small for 4 people but determined and hungry we stayed without complaint. Two of us ordered potato dishes with cheese on top- the loaded french fries, and the rancher cheesy potatoes- if you are hoping for melted cheese you will be mistaken. My mother ordered country biscuit breakfast with sausage gravy instead of the country gravy she received country gravy. We got our waiter to bring the plate back and a few minutes later he returned with a seemingly new plate. Half way through the plate she stumbled on a glob of country gravy and hard eggs. It seemed like they scraped off the country gravy and replaced it with sausage gravy. So she has a weird combination of both sausage gravy and country gravy which was nasty. We will not be coming back.They did offer us a to go order of biscuits and sausage gravy to make up for the error.

A friend of mine who was very sick, really wanted chicken noodle soup and mashed potatoes, we called at 8:57pm just on the chance that they would still be open, and spoke with the manager Bret, he was so kind and understanding and said he would stay over and have that ready for us, we were so grateful! Amazing service, and amazing people!

Nothing could have been better!Dietary restrictions: I also have a long list of dietary restrictions I was able to accommodate with their menu (dairy, gluten, nightshades, Cruciferous veggies, beans, onions mushrooms...)Wheelchair accessibility: Easy in, easy out, although their doorway/foyer could use more open space for wheelchairs.
