The tues or wed special are good for us. Michelle is a great server and always makes us feel welcome. Still wish the bar menu was back and a lot of the items that were there before. If these things were reinstated, we would come more often.

Have been to Bricco many times over the years, and they usually do a great job. Tonight was no different, although due to lack of staffing and a couple big parties, we had a 20 min wait. No biggie. Sat at the bar while waiting and enjoyed a cold draft and an order of the wonton nacho plate w sausage. Huge portion! Nice presentation, but very little actual sausage on it. Once seated at our table, service was prompt-ish and we got our food in a reasonable amount of time. I got the pretzel crusted chicken sandwich w/ broccolini and it was delicious- cooked perfectly. We will return, but I'm not racing.

Always an amazing meal! We got the brussel sprouts app, pretzel chicken sandwich, chicken wrap, cajun chicken pasta, wedge salad, & Kent Burger. Everything was on point! Michelle is the absolute best! We love her! ♥️

It was great. Bar experience was nice. Table was just okay. Could have been in a nicer area and while restaurant is just a little uncomfortable ... from the bar stools to the concrete floor. That said everyone was welcoming and the food was quite good.

Consistently delicious food and service. Had the bacon jam burger tonight and will be the best burger you have ever eaten. With the rosemary tots you can't go wrong. We are regulars here and have never had a bad meal!

We went in for their Tuesday night date special which is two salads, two pasta entrees and a bottle of wine. It's a great value, our pasta dishes were EXCELLENT, and the service was friendly, attentive and quick.

We just had our worst experience here. We have been coming here for years and this was the worst service. I got the chicken bacon wrap, they forgot half the ingredients and our waitress never came back to check on us after it was delivered. No cheese, no tomatoes and sauce. The chicken was more boiled than grilled and was incredibly dry. Our server noticed I hadn't touched it and just threw down a to go box and the check.

Second time (last year the first time) we went for the fish fry on a Friday during Lent and it was not available. Probably should stop advertising it. We go to Bricco a lot, not first timers.
Go somewhere else. Place is in disarray, dishes were dirty, glasses were dirty, food took an exorbitant amount of time to come out. When it finally came out it was extremely greasy. I’m talking brussel sprouts sitting in a puddle of grease. Felt sick after, girlfriend was sick the next day. Anywhere else will be better. Don’t waste your evening.

The food is decent, depending on what you choose, but overpriced, and my husband got food poisoning from their onion rings. I've been sick from a dish with goat cheese in it before as well, making me think maybe food prep/storage isn't as safe as it should be. I've been happy with their salads and that's about it. The kids meals are so small that my four year old was still hungry after his- it was a few bits ripped off of a chicken breast and less than a handful of green beans.

Very attentive server. I had salmon and it was over cooked and dry. I asked for it medium. I have had this dinner many times and never had over cooked dry salmon here before. The three other guests were pleased with their dinners.

Used Bricco as a postgame meal for our D1 basketball team and they did a phenomenal job! Food was great, everyone’s order was labeled, delivery was on time, and communication was wonderful. Would highly recommend for anyone in the Kent, OH area, especially other teams visiting Kent State. Thank you!
