I placed my order through the app prior to arriving. I went through the drive-thru to pick up my order and had to wait and wait and wait. I was in line for over 10 minutes only to get to the window and be told that I had to wait even longer because they had to make more fries. I had to get back to work, so I left without my food. I then attempted to get my money refunded through the app, but apparently refunds are not possible at all if you use the app. I recommend not going to this location and definitely not using the app.

Go to Streetsboro Burger King. It may be out of the way, but just going from here to there, Brimfield’s really iffy. The fries were hard and the cookies could be used to scrape the grout out of their floors. Also the inconsistency from person to person making my food when I ask for the same thing. It’s like how people say you’ll never get the same drink from Starbucks unless your favorite person is working. I don’t even want to go in to the wait time in the drive thoughWheelchair accessibility: There’s space for them.

This was funny watching car after car and customer after customer walk out or leave the drive thru cause of how long the wait time was. They are way understaffed and trying the best that they can. If you're not able to provide great service why be open.

Seems to have improved from what it was last year. Now a reliable place to eat. Fries are inexplicably bitter and a bit saltier than I would like but that is pretty normal for burger king.

Great vanilla iced coffee, wonderful breakfast croissant sandwich with hash brown medallions and if you're not there during a shift change you get hot food and through the line quickly.Parking: Good parking and to drive through Lanes.Kid-friendliness: Their kids meal is good.

This location knowingly served old double cheeseburger and single cheese burger and Very Old Honey mustard Chicken wrap. Chicken was hard not edible with slimmey lettuce . This is it for me on Burger King ruined it. How would you BK King workers like to be served Old Nasty Food. If you wouldn't eat it don't serve it. Please take pride in what you do or don't do it. I hope you serve the next customers fresh edible food. I don't want my food replaced or refunded. Just learn for the next daring customers.

Soooo bad. 10 min wait in drive through and no one else in line. Than after sitting at the window for 3 min they say to pull around and wait for food . My 3 French sticks apparently takes 15 min. No clue how this place makes money or stays in business being as slow as they are.
