Two days I went here at 9pm they had NO CHICKEN OR WHITE RICE AND THE YOUNG LADY HAD AN ATTITUDE ON THE LINE SMH.. it was only 9pm they close at 11pm they need to do better with the food at night shift!!! They turn completely different at night sadly.

I asked for double white and the employee had crazy attitude like I was personally taking food from her mouth. She refused to give double white until her manger said it is fine. The whole time however, she was saying I'm going to charge u extra for white rice. The only good part of the experience was the cashier and me leaving.

I got my order today (2x white rice, black beans, steak, corn salsa, sour cream, and cheese) and came home to find only about 10 pieces of steak (after they attempted to charge me for double steak.) I tried to get past that as I work in the service industry myself and am not one to complain over anything but there was something obviously spoiled in the food making it awfully sickly sweet. There were rotten jalepenos spread throughout the salsa in my bowl. I’m appalled! Also did not give me my receipt and just walked away after ordering. Bad all around.

Ok, changed my rating, why.. Every time I place a mobile order and ask for double rice. Why is there less rice then the normal portion? Did they not read the order or they just don't care. I'm not the only person they have done this to. Order your food from the Stow branch. It's perfect every time. At least the girl at the window was nice. That's why I at least gave it 2 stars

Extremely rude person at the register. This was 11/2/2023 at like 8pm. Guy didn't say a word to me, but whipped the receipt into my bag and walked away. Yikes, pleasant environment.

This is the saddest salad I've ever gotten. They didn't give me any lettuce. There's always some kind of problem each time I come to this location. The staff are typically nice but the food is usually way too salty and tastes off compared to every other Chipotle location.

I've ordered a burrito bowl on the app and picked up via the "Chipotlane" drive thru at least 5 times now. At least 3 of those times, despite my choosing the option to include utensils and napkins, they are left out. This is frustrating, but not the end of the world as long as I'm not planning to eat in the car.This most recent visit (8/23) was even worse though. Not only was my silverware missing, but the food was improperly prepared. The chips were "stale" (I don't imagine they're old, just improperly cooked or improperly stored/heated). The guac had an inedible avocado stem in it, slivers of the avocado pit covering/skin, and 2 inch chunks of just whole avocado.I wouldn't complain so much about the guac specifically if I hadn't paid $2.50 + $4.15 for guac on my bowl and chips and guac. If you're going to charge that much for it you need to put just some basic care into what you're doing.You've got a great looking new restaurant, staffed apparently by incompetent fools.
