We normally have a great experience when we go out to coyotes (best mexican food in the area) and they have surprisingly good milkshakes (at least the banana one is pretty awesome). That being said, when we came in on march 14th we had a horrible server. She seemed disinterested in us and rarely checked in. The banana shake she made us tasted bad (like there was no banana flavoring and only milk made it up). Ive had it before so I know it can be done better she mustve just not put the right portions in. She refused to come back to give us our bill and we were in a hurry (waited around 20 minutes for her and she never came) so i went up to a random guy and had him print off our check. I love this place but this experience will make me think about going back to dos coronas in ravenna next time.

Ran across this place quite by accident. There's a function on our car's nav that recommends restaurants (and it's usually pretty good-- pointing us to highly rated local places nearby we'd be unlikely to otherwise find) and Coyote's came up. We saw it was near Walmart (a stop we needed to make anyway, since we were dropping my daughter off at KSU), so we stumbled in for lunch. The place was pretty empty but the portions were large, the food fantastic and I hope the more permanent (or semi-permanent) locals are taking advantage of this place -- great experience! Thank you

I was immediately impressed by how open and clean the restaurant is! I adore being able to have a meal without other diners sitting so close to me! I got the classic fajitas sans the mushrooms, broccoli and tomatoes. The portion was huge and should provide leftovers for a couple of meals! My daughter got the Plato Gordo. You pick 4 items of your choosing and they will have leftovers for at least 3 meals. My son got the classic burger and ate it so fast that the only picture I could get was with just a fraction left. He stated that it wasn’t the best burger but it was still “good”. What I missed most about the food was the “grilled” flavor I adore at other Mexican restaurants. It tasted like the fajitas are more griddled or stir-fried than grilled. They were still delicious but I missed that flavor for sure. What caught me by surprise was the offering of Cole slaw as a dip for our chips. What a pleasant surprise! Best when combined with the salsa and/or queso (which was delicious by the way)! The food came out incredibly fast and my daughter reports that even when they are busy you can count on your order being delivered quickly. My daughter also reports they have an awesome karaoke on Friday nights (starting at 9)! We will be back for sure!

Service was overwhelmed in spite of the place being mostly empty. Ordered a burrito with shrimp, chicken, and pork. All the meats were burnt.
