This Dunkin is not great, coffee usually tastes watered down and sandwiches are undercooked. I'd suggest the other one in Kent.

We have stopped here frequently but today was an awful wait. We were in line at the drive thru for 2 cups of coffee for 15 minutes! No fault of the 2 employees working the whole store. We understand staff issues but that is when management/owners step in!!
So I'm at work and I ordered online and I got there about 10 min after I ordered which typically is how long it normally takes for my order at any dunkin but I got there and stood around for another 6ish minutes they put my coffee on the Mobile orders table but not the muffin I ordered which was pumkin flavor. I waited a little longer and nobody brought it out so I finally asked about it and the girl (who was nice) went to get it only to come back and tell me they were out of the pumpkin and the only ones left were coffee and chocolate chip. I understand that the mobile orders may have issues syncing with the stock in the store but I was just a bit upset that they were going to just not say anything to me even tho I paid for it unless I specifically asked them.Also while I was there everyone else was having issues with their orders like this older nice couples bagle was so hard they couldn't even eat it. Maybe just a off day for them but kinda bad experience

Newly built or remodeled dunkin. Friendly staff and quick service. Dining area and bathrooms were super clean too!Vegetarian options: You can get any sandwich without meat and most speciality items have an option!

Every single time I come here, no matter the day or time they’re out of donuts. They’ll have like 1 or 2 random donut flavors left and only like 1 of them. What a waste.
