Physically incapable of getting a very simple coffee order correct. Time and time again I give them the benefit of the doubt and it backfires. I know it's a college town but the level of service still being subpar is what makes it so disappointing. Very unfortunate.

I have never been more rushed in a drive thru in my entire life. The person taking our order didn’t let us finish a single word and before we could say our next item we were told to “pull forward” multiple times. To add, we only got three items, two coffees and donut holes. Which when we received our order, we got the wrong donut holes, I will not be returning.

I worked here bad place the general manager doesn’t run the store very well people don’t really work as a team there is a reason this Dunkin as a bad reputation there bad with there employees they waste a lot of food. And the shift lead was rude and has an attitude I was cussed at by a shift lead. They need to replace the general manager and staff I worked at a few places where employees welcomed and worked together as a team this place is not the place to work at. People have no sense of humor and they snap at eachother. This is why there always hiring cause people are tired of the b.s if they would treat there employees right they wouldnt be hiring all the time. I quit cause I was tired of how they treated and disrespected me I don’t recommend going or working here they don’t train there employees properly the general manager needs to be replaced.

Cashier was a horrible employee. Gave me the wrong drink and wrong food. Was rambling the whole time which is the only thing I can equate to how badly she messed up my order. I came in at 11 am will most likely take my business to the other coffee shops in the area.

This place was everything awesome dunkin can be. The only problem I had here was the management. They were treating the staff very unprofessionally. I was embarrassed for these poor crew members. I get it, I do. The busy rushes get to them but calm down, breathe, and have a little respect for us the customer and some decency for the human being working under you. My experience rocked thanks to those that are being treated unfairly. But will I return for coffee no. My rating reflects that much.

The place seemed pretty clean upon entry. Took a little bit after ordering to get our food but they were pretty busy. A couple staff members were treating their coworkers a little nasty so that wasn't awesome to see. The girl that helped prep our order was super friendly. The guy who gave us our food was really friendly as well.
