I had a really delicious roast beef sandwich at Franklin Square Deli. My only complaint was feeling rushed to hurry and give them my order, which made me a little anxious. I was the only one in line. Besides that, very great place to have lunch.

The man on cashier was extremely demeaning towards my wife for customizing her order to her own preference. Quote “that is not how the recipe goes, that won’t taste right!” he shot loudly at my wife. At first I thought I misunderstood him, but he continued on in a offensive rant: exclaiming that a teenage girl has no sense in taste (We’re in our late 20’s) We left this place IMMEDIATELY. I will never eat at this restaurant again after how the owner treated my wife.

Food is always delicious and so fresh. The Caprese is my go-to, but all of the soups are great. Their French dip and Reuben is also awesome. Friendly service, quick with food, and love the changing specials.

Best sandwich shop in Kent. I get a number 9 with mayo. Too good.
We really love the food, but every time we’ve been here, service is mediocre at best. The employees seem so unhappy… They don’t smile, they have spats with each other right in front of customers, and they don’t pay attention… This last time we were given our food and I was ignored forever while standing there waiting to pay, so I just sat down with my husband and ate my meal… Walked up afterward and said I’d like to pay for my food now, and they were all very confused. Could’ve had a free meal… and honestly we deserved it. Plus the food is kind of pricey. Not saying we’ll never eat here again, but we’ll definitely not be dining in again.

I called yesterday and the lady's name was Vicky and it makes me think of the song icky vicky. The attitude of this person should never be around customers at all. She is rude and very disrespectful. I may look like I don't have a disability but I do have congenital nystagmus and that's why I was asking how much things are. I think if you are disabled do not enter here because Icky Vicky will make sure your treated with disrespect.
