Been going to holiest only a few months and today was horrible. Took forever to cook. I ordered extra toppings and received the normal amount AND your dumb kid with the metal face threw my food at me and I almost dropped it. Done going there.

As an uber driver they dont give us insulated bags and nor was i notified to have one for your place of business which is unprofessional. If you expect me to have an insulated bag you need to notify me that before I get the order. The manager is rude. He gave me a one star rating on uber because I didn't have an insulated bag for 2 orders going 5 and 7 minutes away ? and if I still worked for door dash also, they do not even supply bags big enough for the pizzas that they make. Clearly he needs a awakening on how this actually works ? I will no longer pick up orders from here and I will never order pizza here again. You don't mess with peoples jobs like that.

Really good gluten free pizza and if you use a coupon (they rotate their coupon options, but almost always have something for a small pizza), it's at a great price ? very happy to have found this place.

Really good za for a chain restaurant. Crispy crust, and the ingredients tasted fresh. Similar to Marco's, but this is the first time I've had it, so I'm basing the good score off one good pizza (I had the veggie). The service was friendly and the store was well staffed, so it was a good first impression. I def want to try it again.

Manager is rude to doordash drivers. Delivering a mile away and he wouldn’t give me the order without a hot bag, it’s not going to get cold in 5 minutes dude. Have picked up from here many times before, no issues, but this manager seemed to make it one. Not going to accept any more deliveries from here for now

I normally am a huge fan of Hungry Howie’s, it has been my regular pizza place since I have lived in Kent. However, after my experience tonight with the store’s manager, I am not going to order here again. The manager (Matt) was incredibly combative with me over a DoorDash order I had placed, treating me as though I was an awful person for ordering through DoorDash rather than their website (in which case, maybe this store shouldn’t offer orders through DoorDash…) Not only was he rude to me, he was rude to the dasher who was trying to pick up my order but was being refused due to not having a pizza bag which has never been an issue before now - again, I have ordered here many times and never had any issues and have talked to other dashers who have not had this problem. If a paying customer tells you that they want their food delivered by the dasher, you give the dasher their food, not argue with them about policies that have never been enforced before. Also, Matt refused to give me the contact information for the owner of the store and told me any complaints made through the website would go straight to him (Matt), so he really made it seem as though my grievances could not be heard. I do not understand how someone could be that rude and combative over a medium pizza.
Never had a bad experience and if something isn't right they will fix it immediately

This place is awesome and affordable! Some of their crust flavors are amazing! Just be careful with the ranch crust seasoning, it is salty if you are on a salt restricted diet.

Ordered the pizza online - easy process and great if you want things on half of the pizza. Pizza was ready when I arrived and the staff was nice. That said, this was not a good pizza. I'm in town visiting my mom and she has described it as the worst pizza she has ever had. I never thought I would see the day when my fiance did not finish a pizza.We ordered a small Meat Eaters pizza and small pizza with green peppers, onion, and tomato, plus stuffed bread. I was interested in the different flavor options for the crust but couldn't tell the difference between Italian herb and garlic herb - both tasted like lots of salt with a small amount Italian herb blend. We didn't even eat two pieces of the meat Eaters it was so bad. I also added garlic butter and pizza sauce sides. The garlic butter is just okay but the pizza sauce tastes vaguely sweet. Gross. Not worth the $40 I spent on this when most is going in the trash.
